Six years later, her skeleton was found in an attic in the Berlin district of Kreuzberg. An array of different material and objects from both the big city and the small town - including Shrove Tuesday witches from the thirties, artist Josef Beuys' "Be-Rheinigung" as well as the costumes of Berlin's Love Parade - force the filmmaker, who also grew up in Saulgau, to investigate his own enigmas. Deceptive memories are transformed into documentary scenes which toy with your own expectations. "And you think, what I've got down there, the flowers have on top . . ."
