- When a woman's fiancé disappears, Death gives her three chances to save him from his fate.
- When some men are attacked by Indians, a survivor obtains an Indian medicine arrow. An Indian tells Blade he has found gold but will not tell him where until he has that arrow. So Blade starts killing the survivors of the attack but fails to get the arrow. One of the men he kills is John Cardigan and Kit Cardigan, a Scout for Custer, now starts looking for the killer of his father.

- In the Prologue, pirates hide a treasure on an island off the Mexican coast. And the pirates, the map and the treasure disappear in a volcanic eruption. The legend of the island draws treasure seekers for a few centuries, but the treasure lies undetected. Cut to 1938 and Carter Collins)---The Shark---takes possession of the island and turns it into a fortress, while he systematically seeks the gold. He takes over an ancient mansion, installs a physician, Doctor "X", his nurse Zanya, his butler, Hawkins, and Grindley, who has plans of his own, since he already has a portion of the map. The possessor of the other portion soon shows up. Meanwhile, Collins has his slave diggers---The Mole Men---digging up the island looking for the treasure. Back in the states reporter Larry Kent is assigned to go to the island to investigate the disappearance of another reporter, Paul Thorndyke. A sea captain who has half of the map is killed before he can tell the daughter, Toni Morrell, of an old shipmate about the other half but is around long enough to tell her that her father, that she doesn't know, is on the island but expires before he can tell her his name. Toni and Larry decide to join forces and solve the mysteries if the island.

- In the Asian province of Seemang where the Bay of Bengal meets the jungle, Chandler Elliott (John St. Polis) owns a large and prosperous rubber plantation. His attractive daughter, Dorothy (Charlotte Henry), is engaged to neighboring planter Tom Banning (William Bakewell) but troubles are brewing for both plantations. When a load of rubber is put on a riverboat to be taken to port, the boat is attacked by river pirates and the crew is killed and the shipment stolen. Jim Murphy (LeRoy Mason). Elliott's plantation manager, is plotting with others to force Elliott to to sell his plantation. Adventurer Frank Hardy (Frank Buck)determines to find out who is behind the plot.
- Touted at the time as a "$3,000,000 Entertainment for the Hundred Millions," this Old Testament spectacle delivered what it promised, "from the creation of Adam and Eve to the parting of the Red Sea." The advertising claimed it was filmed over a period of five years at the "Exact Locations of Biblical History." Little is known about the actual production, which has puzzled film scholars given its international box-office success. This edition was made from the only complete copy known to exist, a mint 16mm print of the 1929 7-reel sound reissue.

She's introduced as being "so warm-hearted she had to wear asbestos lingerie," and proves it by kicking up a flapper storm in the middle of a public park. This revelry is short-lived however, as the lady is soon held hostage for her father's "secret formula" by Relentless Rudolph (John J. Richardson) and his henchmen in a hideout tricked out with haunted-house trap doors and other frights, even a mummy. - Dennis Harvey
- Hanson is using Bobby's carrier pigeons to receive messages. His man Slim shoots them down before they reach Bobby. When Slim is injured, Ranger Daniels, posing as a drunk, gets the job. He misses the next pigeon on purpose and gets the message from Bobby. But his identity has now become known and the gang rides to get him.
- Gerald Whitley is a prominent writer with a ruthlessly selfish wife in a story dealing with love and art in a high-society background. of Joan Channing, a model posing for a portrait for Gerald's brother George Whitley, meets Gerald and becomes romantically involved without knowing that he is a married man. George also falls in love with Joan. The situation is resolved in a surprising ending.
- Tony Blair, a producer of Broadway plays, is murdered on a California-bound passenger liner, and a series of events leads to an assumption that Claire Norvelle has committed the killing. Despite the fact that Blair was an obnoxious character, murder is murder and Claire is accused of the crime. Complications arise when another murder occurs. The startling solution clears Barbara and provides a surprising explanation of the two murders.
- Relentless Rudolph blackmails Belinda's father for her hand in marriage, but she is in love with handsome Harry, who will do anything to save his girl from the villain's clutches.
- Lightning Bill Lewis sets out to capture Gómez, the leader of a ruthless gang that has been tormenting a border town. He prevents Gómez from kidnapping his girl Mary, but Gómez escapes. With the aid of Captain Duerta, Lightning Bill pursues the gang, and when they are captured by Mexican soldiers, he is free to marry.
- Burgess and Greeley are rustling horses and shooting Indians. When they kill Manuel, they frame Lieutenant Allister. His older brother John now attempts to defend him at his murder trial.
- Earl McCarthy is back as C.W. Kahles' comic-strip hero Hairbreadth Harry. This time his sweetie Beautiful Belinda (Erin La Rue) is an "up-to-date sports model" kidnapped by Relentless Rudolph (John J. Richardson), who's "not just a bad apple, he was the whole orchard." When she refuses to sign over her gold mine, she's threatened with a "free bath" in boiling oil, being crushed by a giant papier-mâché boulder dangling from a burning rope and other grim fates. Naturally, our Harry rides to the rescue. The funniest sequence has him outfoxing the villains in a man-sized, logic-defying "shell game." - Dennis Harvey
- A mystical medicine arrow, the key to a lost gold treasure, is lost in one of many Indian attacks. It is recovered by the only two survivors, a Major and his daughter, who become the targets of those who wish to possess it.
- After many years as a vagabond, Ronald comes home to his family who are about to be evicted from their home. He saves their home and, while chasing a runaway pancake, saves a kidnapped girl as well.
- Bill travels to a new state after the outlaw Scarface saves him from a lynch mob. There he takes a job on the Barton ranch and joins in the fight against gang leader Larkin. Finding a wounded Scarface he helps him recover. Arrested by Larkin's stooge Sheriff, and with another lynch mob after him, he once again needs Scarface's help.
- Two families who are always fighting in the neighborhood, make up and go camping together causing havoc wherever they pass.
- Buddy Wallace, foreman of Carol Grey's Lazy B Ranch, fires Squinty Burnt for shirking his work while loading a shipment of cattle and gets the best of Squinty in the resulting fight. To get even, Squinty forges Carol's name on a bill of sale, abducts her, and hides her in a squatter's cabin. Buddy sets off in pursuit; gets involved in a series of fights, stunts, and horse races while escaping from the sheriff, who arrested Buddy for kidnapping Carol; and succeeds in rescuing Carol and saving the cattle. Buddy is rewarded with Carol's promise to marry him.
- A gambler joins the Texas Rangers in hopes of finding the true perpetrators of the killings in which his brother is implicated.
- Officer John Brown is after the outlaw known as the Night Rider. Posing as Jim Blake he takes a job on the Rogers ranch. He finds the secret passage from the Rogers mine to the Rogers house used by the Night Rider and also a note written by the Night Rider to his henchmen. Practicing his hand writing, he has a plan to trap him.
- A PR man for a low-budget studio comes up with what he believes is the perfect gimmick: to make a gangster picture with a real gangster in the lead role! He convinces a director--a foreigner who doesn't know much about the American gangster scene--to come on board, and they find what they believe to be their perfect leading man when they spot a tough-looking customer knock out a man in a nightclub. It turns out that the "gangster" they picked isn't a gangster at all, but the man he knocked out in the nightclub is. Complications ensue.
- Lillian Stevens and her cousin, Ruth, return home from college and Lillian receives a cold reception from her too-busy-to-bother parents; her father, Dr. Richard Stevens, is a professional reformer and has a radio broadcast to make, and her mother, Alice, is planning a bridge party and sends Lillian off to her cousin's home for dinner. But Margie, a school friend, telephones Ruth to invite her to go night-clubbing with two boys. Ruth declines but Lillian hops on board. She meets Gerald Winthrop. She falls for Gerald Winthrop. Gerald skids his car into a deep rut. Gerald says he can't move the car and, since it is raining, they should seek shelter in a nearby motel/tourist court. They do...and stay all night. But Gerald is something of a cad and a bounder, and he soon takes up with Ruth. The fickle Gerald soon proposes to Ruth. This is about the time that Lillian discovers has left her with impending-child. This is not a good situation.
- Prizefighter Jimmy Nolan, facing an opportunity to get a championship fight, is knocked out when he sustains what is apparently a permanent injury to his arm. From there, Nolan's path leads downhill. He is drawn into a romance with a nightclub entertainer, then is framed on a theft charge by a jealous suitor. After his prison term, Nolan makes a spectacular comeback in a fight which proves his courage and integrity, while disproving the fallacy about the old sports adage that "they never come back."
- A pair of rail-riding bums exit their boxcar in the town of Excema, where they get work as waiters and have trouble with clams, bottles of beer, and pies.

The masked and mysterious airman, known only as Pilot X, makes plans to steal the inventions for his own purposes. The perils are fast and furious as the owner of the airplane company, aided by his aviatrix fiancee, find themselves in constant danger, both on land and in the air.
