As a Software developer, you will be responsible for the growth and architecture of our industry-leading film festival submission and festival management software as well as the development of new products and services. You will also mentor and help hire/grow a team of 8-12 software developers, sys administrators, and database administrators. The ideal candidate will combine artistic imagination with functional, accessible, user-friendly web solutions. Must possess an excellent working knowledge of Flash and Photoshop and be fluent in Actionscript, HMTL, CSS and Javascript. You should be extremely organized and team-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

The designer's primary focus will be to design rich media applications for ad campaigns. Secondary responsibilities will include working on user-interface design projects for certain sections of the IMDb site. Prior experience in an agency or media environment is desired but not necessary. You should be equally comfortable in creating the concept for a new design as you are in implementing the design in Flash. Please provide samples of online work you've created.

This position will be expected to stay one step ahead of the latest developments in Internet advertising technologies.
