[30th](21)---he got started so young in his life if people can get past the whole, this is Harry thing, than he should be fine

[29th](29)---Obviously a long shot that this guy does anything with his career other than smoke weed and do Judd Apatow movies but hey ya never know. His acting in performance in "Funny People" may have been nothing to brag about but it's a start.

[28th](29)---This one is truly a long shot but his voice acting in "How to Train Your Dragon" was great so maybe...?

[27th](27)---Soon to be star of the Marvel film "Thor" which will get him loads of popularity instantly. He was pretty good in the beginning of "Star Trek" as well.

[26th](26)---As many other I was a skeptic of the sequel "Tron: Legacy" but I surprising left feeling guilty because how entertained I was by the film. Working with Jeff Bridges is good for anyone especially at this point in someone's young career.

[25th](25)---Only has starred in small roles during his film career but being the younger sibling of Oscar nominee James Franco has got to be somewhat good for your career. His role in the short lived season 9 of "Scrubs" was the only positive thing about the show. With some discipline and a good role this kid could be good.

[24th](29)---The action star is about to return to take on the mantle of Captain America. The role might get him a few looks at doing some other movies that might show his acting skills. This guy isn't a sure thing but he is a possibility.

[23rd](27)---The "House" star has been doing whatever she can to break through to big league Hollywood. Just a matter of time until she gets lucky

[22nd](18)---A relative no name until this years "The Kids Are All Right" which gave him the opportunity to get mentored by some of the most talented actors around currently.

[21st](14)---Recent action star of "Kick-Ass" and "Let Me In" seems to be on every casters list right now. The star is slated to be in eight different movies in the next two years.

[20th](27)---He hasn't done much in his young acting career to prove to anyone he will be anything other than Apatow boy until "Cyrus". "Cyrus" makes anyone second think there thinking of young Jonah

[19th](24)---Anyone who knows me knows I hate this man. But he is talented...

[18th](26)---Four time Golden Globe nominee has already put herself at the top of Hollywood. Look for her career to take off sooner than later.

[17th](28)---She is very talented at putting herself in good movies such as "The Prestige", "The Town", and "Frost/Nixon". If she can be hone in her skills for a movie she can easily be an Oscar nominee

[16th](21)---The Brown student is probably the only star of the Harry Potter series with a chance of doing anything else. Her character in the latter half of all the movies seems to be the only one with any genuine feelings or emotions

[15th](20)---The recently married 20 year old like or not was pretty good in the comic flick "Kick-Ass", you felt for the character the entire movie which was because of his performance. He recently starred as John Lennon in "Nowhere Boys" which also was a pretty good performance making him 2 for 2 in my books

[14th](22)---The quirky kid from "Superbad" and "Juno". Last year I wouldn't have said the same thing about him but after what Jesse Eisenberg (who was only a slightly more mature Michael Cera) did last year (Oscar nomination) it got me, as well as others, thinking "why not Michael Cera?"

[13th](22)---Until last year she was just that girl from "Superbad" and "Zombieland" but in 2010 she was in "Easy A". The movie all in all wasn't anything to brag about but her performance sure was. The future Ms. Gwen Stacy will team up with Andrew Garfield in "The Amazing Spider-Man"

[12th](27)---The lead female role in "Greenberg" showed critics all around that this girl could be for real. Her performance was excellent and was the perfect compliment to the best performance in Ben Stiller's career. The Academy screwed that movie so her only concern would be to get herself in a similar role and back with Noah Baumbach.

[11th](28)---She's trying real hard to be the next top actress. She hosted the Oscars and recently signed on to "The Dark Knight Rises". Maybe with the help of Christopher Nolan she can be the next top thing?

[10th](27)---Most known for her role as Jackie in "That 70's Show". She has been putting her self in the right movies and its simply just a matter of time till she finds the right role. Her acting potential was shown in "Black Swan" and that performance might just give her the reputation she needs in order to succeed in her career.

[9th](20)---An Oscar nominee last year who gave a great performance in "Winter's Bone". She will soon be seen in "X-Men: First Class"

[8th](14)---youngest person on this list and one of the youngest people to ever be nominated for an Academy Award. At 14 it is almost a guarantee that this girl becomes big!

[7th](25)---She played Erica Albright in "The Social Network" and also starred in 2010's "A Nightmare on Elm Street". She is currently going to be working again with acclaimed director David Fincher in "The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo" which is already getting praise before it even releases.

[6th](24)---An obvious choice but at 24 years old she will continue to be high on everyone's list until she is no longer in her twenties. She earned an Oscar nomination for her work in "Juno" and was exceptional in "Inception" as well. This is the future Annette Bening of our generation.

[5th](21)---This girl stayed busy last year showing that all she wants to do is act. She starred in "Alice in Wonderland" with Helena Bonham Carter (two time Oscar nominee) and starred in "The Kids are all Right" with Annette Bening (four time Oscar nominee), Julianne Moore (four time Oscar nomineee), and Mark Ruffalo (Oscar nominee). She played a pretty good Jane Eyre apparently in the movie "Jane Eyre"

[4th](27)---The Co-star in the hit "The Social Network" showed us that we shouldn't be that skeptic about the upcoming "The Amazing Spider-Man". He was great in the "Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus" and doesn't seem like he's planning on stopping his hot streak anytime soon. The Academy screwed him this year but he will be back.

[3rd](27)---A rather obvious choice. The 27 year old earned huge critical praise from his performance in "The Social Network" including an oscar nomination. He was great in that and look for him to be great in everything he does from here on out.

[2nd](29)---After starring in major roles like "Inception" and "500 days of Summer" he has shown viewers his true acting potential. Getting taken under the wing of the young and talented director Christopher Nolan should prove to be a perfect step in his career. Nolan's films have been getting better and better and he typically re-uses actors. All this kid needs is an excellent script.

[1st](29)---Okay, I know a cheap pick for number one but she is still 29 until June. She is truly the (figuratively) hottest actress in Hollywood. She's coming out with movies every other week it seems...not to mention she won an Academy Award for her work in "Black Swan"
