G | 89 min | Family, Fantasy, Music

Director: Roy Rowland | Stars: Peter Lind Hayes, Mary Healy, Hans Conried, Tommy Rettig

The N#1 film I most wanna see! The film personally developed by Dr Seuss himself; an apparent child's fantasy with some possible darker themes hidden inside! What's not to like? Sound like Dr Seuss meets Roland Dahl actually. I'm not the type to rave about how great movies are that I haven't actually seen yet, but this looks like totally great potential.
2. Zelig (1983)
PG | 79 min | Comedy
"Documentary" about a man who can look and act like whoever he's around, and meets various famous people.
Director: Woody Allen | Stars: Woody Allen, Mia Farrow, Patrick Horgan, John Buckwalter
Votes: 44,189 | Gross: $11.80M
Woody Allen's most zany, far-out idea (probably, if not tied with SLEEPER); a storyline that really perks my interest.

A tragic mishap at a chocolate factory results in candy lovers getting an unexpected 'extra' in their sweets. The problem is that they want more!
Director: Giles Foster | Stars: Jonathan Pryce, Vanessa Redgrave, Tyler Butterworth, Freddie Jones
Votes: 586 | Gross: $0.12M
Very black comedy about a chocolate factory that accidentally produces human-flavored chocolate and becomes a hit sensation. Obviously an acquired taste (pun intended), in the MAN BITES DOG area. Another far-out curiosity that I would love to catch.

Ahh; the age-old dilemma between "serious art" and commercial public entertainment; which this little movie apparently plays around with. Can't wait to catch this one.

Director: Ted Tetzlaff | Stars: Bobby Driscoll, Barbara Hale, Arthur Kennedy, Paul Stewart
Votes: 4,857
Child talent Bobby Driscoll stars in thriller. Remade as CLOAK & DAGGER. Would be interested to compare the results. Sometimes remakes do improve and update on an old idea (eg DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS vs BEDTIME STORY); sometimes they screw it up (LOST IN SPACE tv Series vs Movie).
7. Billy Budd (1962)

Votes: 4,887
One of those english lit essay type stories that actually sounds like a good entertaining idea. (very rare actually) Stars a very young Terence Stamp as a hot young sailor who gets seriously hasselled by Robert Ryan as a badass naval officer.. Great strong story with big ideas in it. Very promising.
