When you think about Judd Apatow films, the actors that come to mind the most are Seth Rogen, Jonah Hill, and Jason Segel. Not many people consider what might be the most important actor for any Apatow film: Paul Rudd. He does more of those films than those three. Not often does he get the lead part and instead play supporting roles. He played Andy's best friend in The 40-Year-Old Virgin, a surf instructor in Forgetting Sarah Marshall, and a newscaster in Anchorman.
