וואו. איזה סרט מדהים ומרגש. לצערי לא צפיתי בו בקולנוע כי חשבתי שזה סרט בנות מעפן, בסוף הגעתי אליו במעין חוסר ברירה במהלך טיסה לסרי לנקה (אך עם אוזניות טובות - הסאונד קריטי להנאה מהסרט). הזלתי דמעה יותר מפעם אחת ורק בקושי הצלחתי שלא להעיר את אחי שישן לידי במטוס כדי לחבק אותו. סרט מוזיקלי ורומנטי. המוזיקה ברובה טובה באמת, בהתחלה בסגנון יותר רוק-קאנטרי ואחכ קצת יותר פופ. אני מחכה בקוצר רוח לפעם הבאה שאצפה בו, בשאיפה עם איזו בחורה שאוכל לחבק מהתרגשות.

למה הסרט מומלץ? ראשית כי פרט לכך שזה סיפור אמיתי, וישראל, ועברית, ושהסוף יודע - זה פשוט כמו מותחן אמריקאי מעולה.
שנית, הסיפור מרחק, מפחיד, מבלבל ומעודד בחינה נוספת של המציאות כיום והעבר. יגאל עמיר הוא לא זה חרא בנאדם, אלא דמות מורכבת עם המון רבדים ראויים להערכה (ואידיאולגיה דתית פאנטית ומשוגעת).
