Haley Ramm has been making a name for herself over the past decade working alongside Hollywood veterans such as Jodie Foster, Sean Penn, Hope Davis, Jason Bateman and Peter Sarsgaard. Her innocent beauty coupled with her gritty roles in film and television have made her a standout among young Hollywood. Haley most recently starred in Hulu's thriller Light As A Feather and is well known from her starring role in the Freeform drama Chasing Life. She can next be seen starring opposite Keke Palmer in the Showtime film PIMP from Executive Producer Lee Daniels.
At age three Haley Ramm, a Dallas native, started dancing in local studios. Her love of dancing on stage led to enrollment in acting classes and, at the recommendation of a teacher, her parents began looking for an agent. Almost immediately she signed an agency contract. After a few years of booking independent shorts and a slew of Hasbro commercials, Haley and her family ( with the help of her Dallas agent) discussed giving Los Angeles a shot.
Upon making the move from Texas, she began booking roles and capturing audiences in co-star / guest-star roles and blockbuster films. After finding a manager in L.A., she booked small guest roles on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2000) and Yes, Dear (2000). Those television roles were followed by two national commercials. Then she booked what was to be her feature film debut in Rumor Has It... (2005). The Rob Reiner-directed film went through script rewrites and her role as "the young Jennifer Aniston" was cut to merely still shots. Soon after came Flightplan (2005). Just a few short months after completing "Flightplan" she booked the role of Kelly Beardsley, Dennis Quaid's daughter, in the comedy Yours, Mine & Ours (2005). It was another great opportunity to work with phenomenal actors. Dennis, Rene Russo and Jerry O'Connell proved to be great role models with strong work ethics. Soon after came Into The Wild (2007), X-Men: The Last Stand (2006), Skateland (2010), Red State (2011) and Disconnect (2012). Lauren Keyana "Keke" Palmer was born on August 26, 1993 in Harvey, Illinois and raised in Robbins, Illinois to Sharon and Larry Palmer, both former actors. Palmer showed vocal promise as a five-year-old, when she belted out "Jesus Loves Me" in her church choir. A year later the singer-actress had a solo in her kindergarten play but, to her mom's dismay, the mike had not been adjusted to suit her daughter's height. Without missing a beat, Palmer lowered the mike and moved the crowd with her heavenly voice. At that very moment, her family knew there was something special about Keke (a nickname given to her by her sister).
Although music was still her passion, Palmer's first big break came via her acting skills, making her big-screen debut in Barbershop 2: Back in Business (2004) as Queen Latifah's niece. Immediately recognizing her star potential, the film's producers encouraged her parents to take their daughter to California to explore other acting opportunities. Relocating required that Palmer's parents leave behind the security of their jobs, a newly purchased home and uproot their other three children. However, it didn't diminish the family's support of Palmer's aspirations.
Once settled on the West Coast, Palmer did not waste any time. Within six weeks she had booked an episode of the critically acclaimed CBS series Cold Case (2003), a national K-Mart commercial and was chosen from a nationwide search to play opposite William H. Macy in a TNT movie, The Wool Cap (2004). Her performance was so amazing that it earned her a Screen Actors Guild nomination--to date, she is the youngest actress (then at age ten) ever to receive a nomination in a Lead Actress Category.
In 2006 Palmer appeared as the lead character "Akeelah Anderson" in the critically acclaimed, award-winning film Akeelah and the Bee (2006). The film, about a young South Los Angeles girl who attempts to win a national spelling bee, won the hearts of audiences everywhere. Her breakthrough performance has received praise from many film critics and organizations. Katherine Langford (born 29 April 1996) is an Australian actress. She is known for starring as Hannah Baker in the 2017 Netflix series 13 Reasons Why (2017), based on the novel of the same name, for which she received a Golden Globe Award nomination. In 2018, she appeared as Leah Burke in the romantic comedy-drama film Love, Simon (2018).
Langford was born in Perth and raised in Perth, Western Australia. She is the eldest daughter of Elizabeth Langford, a pediatrician, and Stephen Langford, a flying doctor and director of medical services at the Royal Flying Doctor Service Western Operations. She began voice lessons in 2005, and received classical, jazz, and contemporary vocal training. She was offered a place at Perth Modern School for her senior high years, where she studied music and drama, and was sports captain and a nationally ranked swimmer.
Initially during her time at high school, Langford was interested in medicine and politics, in addition to musical theatre. However, in 2012, when Langford was 16, she attended Lady Gaga's concert, the Born This Way Ball, which inspired her to learn how to play the piano. She shared video of herself singing three original songs she wrote: "I've Got a Crush on Zoe Bosch," "Young and Stupid," and "3 Words." "Young and Stupid" is an anti-suicide song she wrote in 2013 after three Perth teens took their lives. For her final year at Perth Modern, Langford stopped swimming and switched her focus to music and performance. She was successful in a number of musical eisteddfods and drama competitions. Langford appeared in the school's production of Hotel Sorrento in 2013 and graduated that same year.
After graduating high school, Langford was determined to become an actor. However, she was rejected from every acting school she applied to, on the grounds she was too young and did not have enough life experience. This led her to begin enrolling in acting classes and workshops in Perth, juggling three part-time jobs, and later finding herself an agent. From 2014 to 2015, Langford studied at the Principal Academy of Dance & Theatre Arts, majoring in Music Theatre, and appeared in a production of Godspell. She was then one of five selected to participate in the National Institute of Dramatic Arts Advanced Actors Residency in 2015. In the same year, she trained at Nicholson's Academy of Screen Acting and portrayed the role of Juan Perón's mistress in the 2015 production of Evita. Langford was offered a position in the Bachelor of Arts program in Acting at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts and intended to begin studies in 2016. However, she never enrolled and instead pursued professional roles.
Langford appeared as the lead character in a small independent short film, Daughter (2016) which debuted at the 2016 Cannes Film Festival. At the end of 2016, after declining the offer from Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, Langford auditioned and was asked to test for Riverdale, and Will, a television series centered on the young life of William Shakespeare. She did not get either role, which were instead given to Lili Reinhart, and Olivia DeJonge.
Langford auditioned for the role in the mystery teen drama TV series 13 Reasons Why over Skype and had only 10 days to get an O-1 visa as she had not worked in the United States before. She has received critical acclaim for her portrayal of the American high school student Hannah Baker in 13 Reasons Why. Langford researched the role, speaking with a representative of the sexual assault awareness campaign "It's On Us" and a psychiatrist who specializes in adolescence. In December 2016, she signed with the William Morris Endeavor agency.
In 2018 Langford appeared in her first feature film, Love, Simon, an adaptation of the coming-of-age novel Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda, by Becky Albertalli.- Actress

This passion propelled Haley Lu to move to Los Angeles at the age of 16. Getting a dance agent before an acting one was only natural, even though the latter was always her end goal. Her first couple years in LA consisted of primarily dance opportunities, as she had very little formal acting training. As she gained more confidence and experience she was able to land her first lead acting roles in The Last Survivors (2014) and The Young Kieslowski (2014). Since then, Haley Lu has played unique and contrasting roles on television and film.
