Why are British actresses so beautiful?

There are many great and beautiful British actresses, so this list is no way conclusive. Just the ones I have noticed over the years.
More to come...yes..I have to start thinking about the Hammer babes I've noticed.
I appreciate the suggestions, but this list is for actresses that are new to me and I have never seen before. Hurley, Seymour, et. al. I am already familiar with. My 'Who is that?' reaction is required for this list. Thank you for the suggestions, though.
