Simply the most exhilarating, most well taught, and most emotional actor of all time. Name all of Brando's movies and they are blockbuster classics. He could play ANYTHING!! Being a method actor, he used his past traumatic experiences to bring to life the characters in which he was portraying. He kept skyrocketing in his career working with De Niro in We're No Angels and being an irish gangster in State of Grace. Eventually playing a mentally handicap man in I am Sam alongside Dakota Fanning and palying the gay senator Harvey Milk in Milk, his acting career is known well. He has recently come out in Gangster Squad which was an amazing movie.

Starting out as an actor when he was a kid, Leonardo has made his name well known in the business. Starting out alongside Johnny Depp in What's Eating Gilbert Grape, he then went on to play with Robert De Niro in This Boy's Life. Becoming famous after playing Jack in Titanic, he then went on to play Howard Hughes in the Aviator, Frank Abignale Jr. in Catch Me If You Can, a cop in the Departed, a sadistic slave owner in Quentin Tarantino's newest flic Django Unchained, and now as Gatsby in The Great Gatsby. Truly an excellent actor.

Why Brad Pitt has never been truly recognized as a great actor is mystifying to me. Always known for his good looks, his acting skills are just as great. Starting out in Thelma and Louise, he quickly rose to stardom in A River Runs Through It and Legends of the Fall. After playing a psychopathic serial killer in Kalifornia, he became a cop in Seven. Entering the 20th century, he has done an excellent job in many movies. Babel sent tears down my face. His sadistic acting in Quentin Tarantino's Inglorious Basterds sent me laughing like a hyena. Always strange in his own unique way, Christopher Walken has dominated the screen for the past 4 decades. The Deer Hunter was one of many he came out in. Mob boss in Suicide Kings, Inventor in Click, father in Wedding Crashers, crazy man in 7 psychopaths, Walken never fails to prove his excellent acting abilities.

I believe Kathy Bates deserves to be the greatest actress ever. She can play many parts and lets face it, she is crazier than hell which is funnier than hell! Let's not forget her iconic performance in Fried Green Tomatoes. To Wanda!

Cate Blanchett is such an amazing actress. She has been able to portray some excellent characters. From Queen Elizabeth to Brad Pitt's wife in Babel and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, she has stunned me her amazing acting. The performance that made me put her in this spot would be her portrayal of Bob Dylan in his biopic, I'm Not There. Simply excellent.

Ah, you thought it was all going to be young actors. Well no. You have to respect the old ones as well and who is better to start with than old Jimmy Stewart. Jimmy was one of the most respected actors of his generation. It's A Wonderful Life is still one of the best christmas movies of all time and is still played every year being well over 66 years old. Mr. Smith Goes to Washington was a classic. But his movies with Hitchcock were great. Rear Window and The Man Who Knew Too Much were excellent performances. His westerns with John Wayne will never be forgotten.

Commonly regarded as one of the greatest actors being rivaled only by Marlon Brando, I put Laurence at 12 because he was more of a stage actor than a screen actor. Don't get me wrong, Spartacus and Rebecca are phenomenal movies, but for the screen, Laurence is a little more back.

Robert Mitchum, is what Roger Ebert called his single most favorite actor ever. Cape Fear was an excellent portrayal of his character. The Night of the Hunter instilled his name in cinema forever. Great great actor.

Gregory Peck's all too familiar deep voice emblazened the silver screen. His performance as Atticus Finch in To Kill A Mockingbird and Max Cady in Cape Fear made people know how great of an actor Peck was. His westerns were just as excellent, earning him many awards.

Now you cook the soufle until it is brown. Meryl Streep is one of the most iconic actresses ever. Her portrayal of Julia Childs in Julia and Julia was spot on. Devil Wears Prada was an excellent view of her acting. Finally, Kramer vs. Kramer was a legendary movie which still moves people to this day.

Here's to you Mrs. Robinson. Who can forget Hoffman's excellent performance in the Graduate. Midnight Cowboy, Kramer vs. Kramer, The Focker Trilogy, and Rain Man show Dustin's love for acting.

Always playing the great motherly parts in movies, most of the time unless you want to talk about the horrific events in Sybil, she was mother to Forrest Gump. Great friend in Steel Magnolias, and Abraham Lincoln's wife in Lincoln. Truly a professional.

The legend of the silent screen, Greta Garbo was always the mysterious one of Hollywood who seldomly ever talked. She was a great innovator in facial expressions and will always be missed.

I feel that Anthony Perkins did not receive enough credit for his acting career as he should have. Just look at all 4 Psycho movies. His portrayal of Norman Bates is excellent. Why Perkins wasn't that famous still baffles me to this day.

Moses has arrived. The Ten Commandments was one of his signature movies. His westerns with Gregory Peck were excellent as well. Let it be known that Charlton Heston was truly, a magnificent actor.

As great of a director as he was a actor, Eastwood is probably most famous for his roles in A Fistful of Dollars, For a Few Dollars More, and The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. However, his new movie Gran Torino stands up to his reputation as well.
