Resident Evil Absolution (RE6)

Project Alice/Alice Abernathy/Evil Alice Clone/Lisa Trevor - Former head of security in The Spencer Mansion side entrance to The Hive. She betrayed Umbrella. They experimented on her. She regained her humanity only to have it taken once more, her powers restored. Now, she seeks to bring an end to The Red Queen's terror with her friends in The Hive, where the nightmare originally began. However, she is about to finally learn her true origins, and it will shock her to the core.

Chris Redfield - Former soldier in the military, left in the Los Angeles prison after the prisoners were set free, and he was mistaken for a guard. After being reunited with his sister Claire, they, along with Kmart and others are taken by Umbrella. They are rescued soon after by Wesker and taken to Washington, DC, where they are reunited with Project Alice during the final battle in the Nation's Capital. His mission lies within The Spencer Mansion, where he'll find his true love and fight to keep his sister safe.

Claire Redfield - Sister to Chris Redfield and close friend of Project Alice. She, like Chris, was taken along with Kmart and others from The Arcadia, but rescued by Wesker soon after and brought to Washington, DC. Her mission lies within The Hive with Project Alice, where they hope to finally bring an end to The Umbrella Corporation's horrors.

Jill Valentine - Former S.T.A.R.S. police officer in Raccoon City. She was taken hostage by The Umbrella Corporation some time after the fall of Raccoon City and fitted with a scarab that allowed The Red Queen to control her mind. After finally being freed by Project Alice, she joins in the fight against The Red Queen. Her mission lies within The Spencer Mansion where she'll be reunited with someone that Umbrella made her believe had been dead for the last several years.

President Albert Wesker - Former Chairman of The Umbrella Corporation and now The President of The Resistance. He gives Project Alice her abilities back, but he no longer holds true to Umbrella's goals, and as such refers to her now simply as Alice or Miss Abernathy. However, during his mission in The Spencer Mansion, he'll reveal that he knows Alice's true origin, and that he had a large part to play in it.

Leon Scott Kennedy - Member of The Resistance. He led the team that went into The Prime Umbrella Facility. He's romantically invested in Ada Wong, but there is chemistry with Claire Redfield. His mission lies with both of them and Project Alice within The Hive.

Ada Wong - Special operative and spy for Albert Wesker. She's worked with him for years and is very well trained in weapons, hand to hand combat, and deception. She's attracted to Leon, but her heart truly belongs to the mission. She was sent ahead of The Resistance to help guide Project Alice away from her cell in The Prime Umbrella Facility. Now, she fights alongside Project Alice again in The Hive, working to bring down The Red Queen once and for all.

Kmart - A young survivor from Claire Redfield's convoy that chose to use the name of the place she was rescued in instead of her real name. She was taken hostage by Arcadia in Alaska and fit with a scarab. When she was rescued, she found herself captured again when Umbrella attacked Arcadia only to be released when Wesker rescues her and the Redfields. She is reunited with her father in Washington, DC as her true identity is finally revealed to be Sherry Birkin.

Dr. William Birkin - Former head of The Nemesis Program, Birkin was removed from the project, as well as other Umbrella research, by Major Cain and Dr. Isaacs. Birkin spent the majority of the global outbreak with members of The Committee, but when The Red Queen was reactivated, she killed all of the members of The Committee, forcing Birkin to flee and end up in the hands of The White Queen. He helps her get to Project Alice where he is finally reunited with his daughter Sherry. Birkin's mission resides within The Hive.

Piers Nivans - Soldier for The Resistance and one of President Wesker's most trusted, next only to Ada and Jill. Piers' mission lies within The Spencer Mansion where he'll make the ultimate sacrifice for the one he loves in order to make sure the mission is a success.

Ingrid Hunnigan - An operative of The Agency, the group that Matt and Lisa Addison worked for. She infiltrated The Umbrella Corporation just before The Raccoon City Accident, working closely with Dr. Isaacs. She got out before it was too late for her, managing to end up in The White House with The Resistance. She works closely with Leon, giving him Intel when needed.

Las Plagas Infected Rain Ocampo Clone - One of the most loyal of The Red Queen's clones in The Prime Umbrella Facility, Rain destroyed her humanity by injecting herself with the Las Plagas parasite, becoming indestructible. Project Alice believed she has beaten her, but Rain remarked she was coming for her. Perhaps her threat was more than just talk.

James "One" Shade Clone - A surviving clone from The Prime Umbrella Facility, having not been in the facility at the time of its destruction. He is a clone of the man that trained Project Alice before she became head of security. He is called to arms by The Red Queen.

Carlos Oliveira Clone - A surviving clone from The Prime Umbrella Facility, having not been in the facility at the time of its destruction. He is a clone of a former U.B.C.S. soldier that betrayed Umbrella for Project Alice's foolhardy mission to bring Umbrella down. He is called to arms by The Red Queen.

Nicholai Ginovaef Clone - A surviving clone from The Prime Umbrella Facility, having not been in the facility at the time of its destruction. He is a clone of a deceased U.B.C.S. soldier that was left to die in Raccoon City. He is called to arms by The Red Queen.

Spence Parks Clone - Created in The Prime Umbrella Facility, this clone of Spence Parks watches over The Spencer Mansion Estate with the clone of Alice Abernathy, continuing the theme of the fake marriage in order to protect the side entrance to The Hive for The Red Queen.

J. D. Salinas Clone - A surviving clone from The Prime Umbrella Facility, having not been in the facility at the time of its destruction. He is a clone of a soldier from One's team, whom died in The Hive. He is called to arms by The Red Queen.

Chad Kaplan Clone - A surviving clone from The Prime Umbrella Facility, having not been in the facility at the time of its destruction. He is a clone of a techie from One's team, whom died in The Hive. He is called to arms by The Red Queen.

Angela "Angie" Ashford - Daughter of Dr. Charles Ashford and survivor of Raccoon City, Angie went missing along with Jill Valentine. Jill was meant to believe that Angie died, but upon arriving at The Spencer Mansion Estate, the truth is revealed.

The Red Queen - The artificial intelligence that was in control of all functions in The Hive before killing the five hundred employees there. She was fried by Kaplan. However, after Wesker went rogue, The Committee had her reactivated. More destructive than before, The Red Queen kills The Committee members and turns her focus toward ending all humanity. She will fight to stop Project Alice and her friends where the nightmare originally began: The Hive.

The White Queen (voice over and archive footage) - The sister computer of The Red Queen working at The Desert Valley Facility. The White Queen has been off the grid working on The Cure to the Biohazard. However, she finally resurfaces to update Project Alice and have The Cure distributed.

Becky - A clone daughter with supposedly DNA from both Alice Abernathy and Carlos Oliveira. These clones were used in the Raccoon City testing grid in The Prime Umbrella Facility. However, one of these clones survived, escaping with Project Alice to Washington, DC.

Ustanak - Biological Weapon created by The Red Queen to be her bodyguard and to hunt down and capture Project Alice to bring back to The Red Queen for final judgment. He is the harbinger of Project Alice's doom, and he will stop at nothing to complete his mission.

Rebecca Chambers - In the 2 part film only, this former medic for S.T.A.R.S. works closely with The White Queen and the few remaining Alice clones from The Desert Valley Facility to distribute the cure around the globe. She hopes to some day be reunited with former teammates that she hasn't seen in years. Flashbacks reveal her connections to Chris, Jill, Wesker, Claire, Barry.

Joseph Frost - In the 2 part film only, this former S.T.A.R.S. member has stuck with his best friend Rebecca since the outbreak went global. He has been searching for his true love, Chris Redfield, for a very long time, and hopes to be reunited with him once The White Queen's cure has been dispersed.

Billy Coen - In the 2 part film only, former Marine, dishonorably discharged for a crime he didn't commit: killing 23 innocent people in Rwanda. Billy was rescued during the global outbreak by Rebecca, Joseph, and their team. He works now with The White Queen to distribute the cure.

Richard Aiken - In the 2 part film only, former S.T.A.R.S. that continues to work with teammates Rebecca and Joseph. He and Rebecca have been together in a relationship since the world outbreak occurred.

Barry Burton - Former S.T.A.R.S. that joined up with The Resistance with Leon. He died in The Prime Umbrella Facility. He returns in only the 2 part film in flashbacks with his former S.T.A.R.S. teammates as well as his time with Leon and The Resistance.

Luther West - In the 2 part film only, this former NBA basketball star and watch model is shown in only flashbacks being rescued and recruited by The Resistance shortly after the end of Resident Evil: Afterlife.

Sergei Vladimir - In the 2 part film only, this former member of The Resistance is shown in flashbacks with his teammates and revelations that he was a high ranking member of Umbrella before betraying them.

Tony Rabato - In the 2 part film only, this former member of The Resistance is shown in flashbacks with his teammates.

J Pop Girl - In the 2 part film only, flashbacks finally reveal the truth of how and why this girl was infected in Tokyo, Japan, beginning a section of the global outbreak originally.

Matthew Addison - In the 2 part film only, flashbacks reveal Matt's organization: The Agency. His interactions with Lisa before she departs for her mission to The Hive as well as interacting with Ingrid Hunnigan before her own mission to infiltrate Dr. Isaacs.

Lisa Addison-Broward - In the 2 part film only, flashbacks reveal Lisa's connection to The Agency along with her brother Matt and close friend Ingrid Hunnigan.

Aaron Trent Vricella - In the 2 part film only, the leader of The Agency is revealed as he interacts with Matt, Lisa, and Ingrid Hunnigan.

Dr. Samuel Isaacs - In the 2 part film only, this head researcher in The Umbrella Corporation is shown in flashbacks, working closely with Albert Wesker and William Birkin at The Spencer Mansion on an important project that will define the truth about Alice Abernathy.

Major Timothy Cain - In the 2 part film only, the leader of Red Umbrella's military branches is shown in flashbacks, overseeing the project that Wesker, Birkin, and Isaacs work on in The Spencer Mansion.
