It isn't difficult to make them, as the production team merely needs to render out both eyes during normal production. And everything in a CG movie exists in 3D space anyway, so there really needn't be a CD movie with bad 3D (and I can't actually think of one has). But some movies do it better than others. Up is a prime example, because its pacing and framing are a perfect match for 3D. It's not fast and chaotic the way most kids movies are nowadays. It's deliberately-paced, and every shot looks beautiful.
