Victor Frankenstein tells his parents Susan and Ben Frankenstein that his dog, Sparky and Persephone, Elsa Van Helsing's poodle are going to get married. He walks next door and tells Mr. Burgermeister, the mayor of New Holland and Elsa Van Helsing the good news. He tells his classmates Edgar "E" Gore, Bob, Nassor, Toshiaki, Cynthia, and Weird Girl and her cat, Mr. Whiskers. Mr. Rzykruski, the science teacher and the gym teacher about Sparky and Persephone getting married. The whole town hears the news, except for a crypt keeper who works at the Pet Cemetary. On the day of the wedding, the townsfolk go to the church and sing about the wedding. Meanwhile, the crypt keeper brings the pet monsters from the first film back to life. Shelley the Turtle Monster, the Were-Rat, the Sea Monsters, Colossus the Mummy Hamster, a Were-Cow, a Parrot Monster named Polly and a Hedgehog Monster named Prickly are instructed to crash the wedding. As the organist plays the "Wedding March", the priest asks if Persephone to take Sparky as her husband, she holds up a sign that reads "I do." As the monster pets appear at the chruch, Mr. Burgermeister defeats the monsters while Sparky and Persephone ride in a wagon with a banner that reads "Just Married." The film ends with Sparky and Persephone kissing and some lightning forms the words "The End."
