- DirectorZack SnyderStarsBen AffleckHenry CavillAmy AdamsBatman is manipulated by Lex Luthor to fear Superman. Superman´s existence is meanwhile dividing the world and he is framed for murder during an international crisis. The heroes clash and force the neutral Wonder Woman to reemerge.I was expecting to get something like what Captain America: Civil War did. Instead, I got an over-the-top political drama with no uplifting moments. There's hardly any color, all the characters are beyond evil, the ending is insulting, and casting Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor is one of the worst casting choices I've ever seen in any movie. This is what killed my enjoyment of anything DC related until Wonder Woman premiered, but thanks to lots of poor business decisions that came afterward this cinematic universe is now dead.
- DirectorBo WelchStarsMike MyersSpencer BreslinDakota FanningTwo bored children have their lives turned upside down when a talking cat comes to visit them.OMG WHERE DO I BEGIN WITH THIS TRASH??????? An eye-piercing color scheme, either over-the-top or disinterested acting, shameless marketing, every single character feeling like a villain, terrifying makeup, unfunny jokes, and being the biggest slap in the face of Dr. Seuss! So much so, that after the film bombed at the box office, Dr. Seuss' widow specifically asked Hollywood to NEVER make another live-action adaptation of her husband's work EVER AGAIN.
- DirectorMichael BayStarsMark WahlbergNicola Peltz BeckhamJack ReynorWhen humanity allies with a bounty hunter in pursuit of Optimus Prime, the Autobots turn to a mechanic and his family for help. This holds the record for being the worst movie I've ever watched in theaters. Not only does it still feature all the same garbage the other Transformers movies suffer from, but it manages to make all those problems as well as the rest of itself even worse. By being the introduction to one of my most hated cliches (father-daughter drama) and having a runtime of 2 hours and 45 minutes, which is the LONGEST RUNTIME ANY OF THE OTHER TRANSFORMERS MOVIES HAVE EVER HAD. But what really makes it the worst movie I've watched in theaters, is that I was forced to watch it 3 TIMES IN A ROW, IN THE THEATER MIGHT I ADD.
- DirectorTom HooperStarsJames CordenJudi DenchJason DeruloA tribe of cats called the Jellicles must decide yearly which one will ascend to the Heaviside Layer and come back to a new Jellicle life.Even if you can look past how disturbingly hideous the effects are, very little happens in this. It's all style over substance, except none of the style is in any way pleasant to sit through, what a horrendous insult to such a beloved Broadway musical.
- DirectorTommy WiseauStarsTommy WiseauJuliette DanielleGreg SesteroIn San Francisco, an amiable banker's seemingly perfect life is turned upside down when his deceitful fiancée embarks on an affair with his best friend.I don't know how this was even made (I guess I'll have to watch Disaster Artist to find out). This is both a pain and joy to watch, with just how confusing it is what Tommy Wiseau was trying to accomplish with this beautiful disaster, it's honestly fascinating how truly awful this is. This is the only movie on this list that is actually worth watching, it's one of those bizarre works of art that needs to be seen to be believed.
- DirectorDennis DuganStarsAdam SandlerKatie HolmesAl PacinoFamily guy, Jack Sadelstein, prepares for the annual event he always dreads--the Thanksgiving visit of his fraternal twin sister, the needy, and passive-aggressive Jill, who then refuses to leave.I don't know why this happens so often in shows and movies, but it seems like there always have to be stories about the wrong bad guy and the wrong victim. Jack had every right to not want anything to do with Jill, and yet the movie wants us to be on her side! Jill is a disgusting, selfish, and obnoxious headache who also just so happens to be Adam Sandler in drag, she clearly should've been the movie's main villain. Let's of course not forget the product placement has been made far more unbearable than it already may have been in any of Sandler's other movies, especially since Jack just so happens to be an ad executive for a living. Not even Al Pacino's entertainingly weird dedication was enough to make this slightly tolerable, even then, it shouldn't even be physically possible for him to have the hots for someone like Jill of all people, his reaction to the Dunkin' Donuts commercial at the end perfectly sums up the entire rest of the movie. I may love Adam Sandler and his movies, but this is the one movie he's made that's so bad it actually almost made me throw up thanks to its image of DAVID SPADE AS A STRIPPER.
- DirectorPerry Andelin BlakeStarsDana CarveyJennifer EspositoHarold GouldAn Italian waiter fights off a criminal mastermind with his inherited powers of disguise.I never laughed once during this film, I didn't even smile, none of the jokes in this entire movie are actually worth laughing at. Dana Carvey's acting is already bad enough and makes him come off as a hurtful Italian stereotype, but then there's also the fact that he just so happens to have written this trainwreck as well (with Adam Sandler as an executive producer, isn't that fantastic?).
- DirectorJason BloomStarsPauly ShoreStephen BaldwinWilliam AthertonMoronic best friends get themselves locked inside the Bio-Dome, a science experiment, along with a group of environmental scientists for one year. It's bad enough that none of the jokes in this are ever funny, but thanks to the 2 leads being some of the most obnoxious movie leads of all time, they alone are what makes this the disaster that it is (just to clarify it's the characters, not the actors playing them).
- DirectorRoger ChristianStarsJohn TravoltaForest WhitakerBarry PepperIt's the year 3000 A.D., and the Earth is lost to the alien race of Psychlos. Humanity is enslaved by these gold-thirsty tyrants, who are unaware that their 'man-animals' are about to ignite the rebellion of a lifetime. The ridiculous costumes, goofy acting, and brain-dead writing combined made this the perfect disaster. It's still hard to believe that John Travolta (who also produced this movie) would have ended up where he did 6 years after he starred in Pulp Fiction.
- DirectorJ.J. AbramsStarsDaisy RidleyJohn BoyegaOscar IsaacThe surviving Resistance faces the First Order once again in the conclusion of the Skywalker saga. The people making this just gave up and threw in a bunch of random trash that doesn't line up with what the previous movies were about. They clearly had no plans for what to do after The Force Awakens.
