- 1987–199445mTV-PG9.4 (8.3K)TV EpisodeDirectorPeter LauritsonStarsPatrick StewartJonathan FrakesLeVar BurtonPicard awakes to find himself living in a small village where he is a well-known member of the community who is suffering from a delusion of being a starship captain. This is actually the highest rated episode on IMDb but ironically I put this Hugo award-winning episode at number 100 of these best episodes (because as far as excitement goes this would be better as something to read and imagine the scenes in your own mind than to watch it). Like the Peabody award-winning episode I put at the end of this list, I put this Hugo award-winning episode here as a guideline, be better than this episode to make it into the top 100. A story only about Picard where he lives a whole life living in a community on a distant planet but in the back of his mind seems to think he should be somewhere else as the captain of a certain starship.
- DirectorPatty ShinagawaStarsBilly WestKatey SagalJohn DiMaggioFry is placed on trial for his life because he traveled to the forbidden planet of Omega 3 to rescue all 79 episodes of "Star Trek".I decided this episode of "Futurama" deserved to be on this list of "Star Trek" episodes because the whole episode is about Star Trek and features the actual characters from The Original Series, not the Futurama characters portraying them, and best of all has the voices of Captain Kirk, Spock, Chekov, Lieutenant Uhura, and Sulu by the original actors. Not only is it on the list but is a great episode and very funny, I just didn't dare put it in the top 100.
