JURY PRIZE
This last one is an example of the rare movie that I recommend, but with an asterisk. Most movies that I classify in this way are disturbing and extremely difficult to sit through. And that is the case with this one. I can't ignore how powerful and effective it is, but it's not a movie to watch if you're looking for a good time.

This must be the ultimate horror movie for parents and prospective parents. In that regard, it's even scarier than "The Omen" and "Rosemary's Baby," because there's nothing supernatural about the kind of evil it shows; it could exist in our world.
