- DirectorDarren Lynn BousmanStarsTobin BellShawnee SmithAngus MacfadyenJigsaw abducts a doctor in order to keep himself alive while he watches his new apprentice put an unlucky citizen named Jeff through a brutal test.I think this is the best one, because it includes all my favourite characters, despite two of them dying. The tests are very good and it's always exciting.
- DirectorKevin GreutertStarsTobin BellCostas MandylorMark RolstonAgent Strahm is dead, and FBI agent Erickson draws nearer to Hoffman. Meanwhile, a pair of insurance executives find themselves in another game set by Jigsaw.Mark Hoffman is in it alot, the traps are great and the ending is very good!
- DirectorDavid HacklStarsScott PattersonCostas MandylorTobin BellFollowing Jigsaw's grisly demise, Mark Hoffman is commended as a hero, but Agent Strahm is suspicious, and delves into Hoffman's past. Meanwhile, another group of people are put through a series of gruesome tests.Hoffman is the boss in this one and the look on his face in the end is the best. So crazy how he tricks Stram. Not the best traps but still good.
- DirectorDarren Lynn BousmanStarsDonnie WahlbergBeverley MitchellFranky GA detective and his team must rescue 8 people trapped in a factory by the twisted serial killer known as Jigsaw.Hoffman is not in this at all and that's a minus, but on the pluss side, Amanda is in it alot. I love the consept of them all working together to get out of the different rooms, a consept broght back in V.
- DirectorDarren Lynn BousmanStarsTobin BellScott PattersonLouis FerreiraDespite Jigsaw's death, and in order to save the lives of two of his colleagues, Lieutenant Rigg is forced to take part in a new game, which promises to test him to the limit.A lot of backstory and all types of crazy things happening all the time. Minus for having no Amanda, and not too much Hoffman either. But it's a pretty nice build up for the next one.
- DirectorJames WanStarsCary ElwesLeigh WhannellDanny GloverTwo strangers awaken in a room with no recollection of how they got there, and soon discover they're pawns in a deadly game perpetrated by a notorious serial killer. It's the first and it was very original, but after some time I don't feel that it is that good. I feel there is not very much action or gore and a lot of flashbacks and talking. The only thing that really caught me was the twist end, I thought it was pretty disturbing the first time I saw it, leaving Adam alone to die, screaming as John shuts the door.
- DirectorKevin GreutertStarsTobin BellCostas MandylorBetsy RussellAs a deadly battle rages over Jigsaw's brutal legacy, a group of Jigsaw survivors gathers to seek the support of self-help guru and fellow survivor Bobby Dagen, a man whose own dark secrets unleash a new wave of terror. It is clearly the weakest. I didn't see it in 3d. What cought my attention was the blood. I thought it looked a lot more fake than in previous films, for the most of the time though. I think the only thing that made this film any good, was Hoffman. Clearly the best character and even if he gets shut in the old bathroom, he would probably find a way to escape, that's what I like to think. I mean, he escaped the bear trap that few people have done, and he is clever at hiding his traces, swift at killing and great at setting traps and fooling people. He's the escape artist! The fact that this would be the final chapter makes me slightly sad.
