- DirectorWilliam NighStarsBoris KarloffMaris WrixonGene O'DonnellDr. Bernard Adrian is a kindly mad scientist who seeks to cure a young woman's polio. He needs spinal fluid from a human to complete the formula for his experimental serum.Boris Karloff stars as a doctor trying to find a cure for paralysis. This short movie is currently free on Amazon instant streaming, and I think it is worth the watch. The twist at the end is shocking and sad, but of course, this movie is from a time when happy endings ruled, so you will leave with a smile on your face.
- DirectorNick GrindeStarsBoris KarloffEvelyn KeyesBruce BennettA physician on death row for a mercy killing is allowed to experiment on a serum using a criminals' blood, but secretly tests it on himself. He gets a pardon, but finds out he's become a Jekyll-&-Hyde.Another Karloff mad scientist movie, in which he has developed a serum that helps keep him from aging. A little slow, not a lot of action, but still, classic Karloff!
- DirectorArthur LubinStarsBoris KarloffBela LugosiStanley RidgesDr. Sovac transplants the brain of a gangster into his professor friend's body to save his life, but there is a side effect that causes a dangerous split personality. This time Karloff has switched his best friend's brain for that of a mafia gangster! Pretty good movie!

- DirectorNorman LeeStarsLeslie BanksLilli PalmerRomilly LungeA murder is found to be connected to a false heir and a secret underground torture chamber.I like the original title better, The Door with the Seven Locks. More of a murder mystery than a horror movie, but actually quite charming, and a lot of cute 40s comedy.
- DirectorVernon ZimmermanStarsDennis ChristopherTim ThomersonGwynne GilfordA shy, lonely film buff embarks on a killing spree against those who browbeat and betray him, all the while stalking his idol, a Marilyn Monroe lookalike. An underrated thriller about a young guy losing his grip on reality. Slow at first, but builds up quite nicely!

- DirectorJoe MayStarsCedric HardwickeVincent PriceNan GreyThe owner of a coal mining operation, falsely imprisoned for fratricide, takes a drug to make him invisible, despite its side effect: gradual madness.Vincent Price serves as the new invisible man, in this flick from 1940. - DirectorEric WestonStarsClint HowardR.G. ArmstrongJoe CorteseAn outcast military cadet taps into a way to summon demons and cast spells on his tormentors through his computer. This 1981 "video nasty" is a hidden gem that deserves to be seen. Clint Howard, devil worship, and a killer computer! How can you go wrong?
- DirectorKarl FreundStarsBoris KarloffZita JohannDavid MannersA resurrected Egyptian mummy searches Cairo for the girl he believes to be his long-lost princess. The Boris Karloff classic, and probably my favorite Karloff movie.
- DirectorChristy CabanneStarsDick ForanPeggy MoranWallace FordArchaeologists defile the tomb of mummified Kharis, who was buried alive for falling in love with an Egyptian princess.A pale comparison to The Mummy starring Boris Karloff. Not my favorite mummy movie, but if you are a mummy completionist, it is required viewing, along with it's THREE sequels.
- DirectorRichard C. KahnStarsZack WilliamsLaura BowmanAlfred GrantA newlywed couple is visited by a strange old woman who harbors a secret about the young girl's father.A historically important movie to classic horror film buffs. Fun cast and fun music, too!
