I have seen 4,246 different movies made after 1/1/1990 and I have rated only 90 of those 10/10. I have rated a further 443 9/10. In order to appear on this list, the person must have appeared in at least one of the 10/10 movies. Their 10/10 movies are listed plus a count of the 9/10 movies. List sorted by total number of qualifying movies.
