Author/Illustrator, Tony 'Tex' Watt ('What's Inside Your Gut, Shmut?: The Tragic First Tale of The World's Last Dumbosaurus!'), is also a veteran in the 21st Century cinematic exploitation field (& in 2005 one of the creators of the word 'web-isode', when he previewed chapters his early B-movie features , on Youtube ...as well as co-trademarking the word 'Fassage' [Facial & Massage], for his popular Toronto-based holistic Spa/ Fassage & Apothecary] businesses). ) and the last great apostle of self-idealized (& romanticized) rugged North American Individualism... Watt is a Canadian multimedia artist (filmmaker, t.v. horror-host [as: Kount Kracula], actor, singer/ songwriter, Alt recording artist, musician, former radio host and live stage performer) & member of Vom, a Canadian recording Act (as well as a solo performer and freaky kooky, crack-vampire Horror Host: Kount Kracula). Of Irish & Jewish descent (but, raised Baptist) , Watt was born in Kingston Jamaica, in the west indies. Watt generally likes to work within the genres of science fiction, fantasy and horror ( mostly with his artistic partner/muse :( Filmmaker/Actress) 'Vivita' . Tony ("Tex" to his friends), grew up mostly in Brampton, Ontario: & works as an underground/alt 'outsider' indie film-maker, T.V. producer, actor, cartoonist, musician, singer and songwriter and recording artist/former club artist. Feeling that a group is only as strong as it's weakest link; Watt's preference is to self-produce his various projects.
He started out making cheesy late-night infomercials - and soon, like many movie directors , Watt saw the horror movie genre as a launching pad to go on to bigger and better things. Watt grew up in the West Indies, the States (Florida, New York and Texas, where he got his nickname "Tex"); but, mostly in Brampton, Ontario, Canada and Toronto (Ontario: Canada).
As an independent Canadian t.v. producer ,Watt in 2002 founded the short-lived international ''Twisted Sinema'' Underground Movie Festival, after making his student film "Kracula"_(2001) qv (after taking Brampton, Ontario's Blue Sea Filmmaking course); in which he shamelessly promoted. Through said fest, he met the filmmakers from ''Primal Films'', who gave Watt acting roles in the horror b-movies: ''Awakening"_(2006) qv [aka Zombie Night 2]'' and ''Reel Zombies"_(2008) qv [aka Zombie Night 3 ]'. Through the "Twisted Sinema" show, Tony also met the Montreal based ''Robomonkey Productions'' filmmakers, who cast him in the cult-horror classic: ''Sinners & Saints''_(2004) qv , as the evil demonic ''Brimstone Milkman''.
In 2004, Watt won his first film-making award ( The New Jersey USA Film Project International's Greasefire Indiefest's award for excellence for "King Kaufman: The Passion of Lloyd"_(2008) qv , a documentary about ''Lloyd Kaufman'', the infamous b-movie" filmmaker" and founder of New York's ''Troma'' Studios) & "Dobby Dobson: An Interview with Jamaica's Music Ambassador"_(2009) . In 2009 ,Watt completed his first sci-fi/horror/fantasy film feature ''Frankenpimp''_(2009) qv, ( followed by ''Vixen Highway 2006: It Came from Uranus!''_(2010) qv & "Acid Head: The Buzzard Nuts County Slaughter"_(2011) qv & "Nosferatu vs. Father Pipecock & Sister Funk"_(2015) qv [winner of the festival 2016 Night of the Living Film Festival ] ..and others..) ; which was shaped by the culture vulture's love for the various cheesy, vintage grind-house/drive in & VHS video ''genres'' of many '50s, '60's, '70's, 80's 90's ''exploitation'' type movies. Tony once said an interview 'Life is Cheesy!' ; and he used that philosophy as a basis for the many styles he incorporates into his own self produced b-movies he produces.
Watt also commented to an interviewer during a press screening of "Frankenpimp": 'My personal filmmaking is like a documentary-type film; like they made in the '60s & '70s, like "The Chelsea Girls, 'Mean Streets", ''Taxi Driver'', ''Serpico'', ''The Chinese Connection''." ..This scene was inspired by ''Hitchcock''. He did a lot of stuff like this.. This shot, here, I got from old Bettie Page movies'.
His cinematic influences, also range from mainstream, underground, exploitation & exploitation horror, as in Hammer movies, Russ Meyer & Jean Rollins.
These themes also show up in his action movie influenced comic-book creation: "Code Name: King" ; as well as his self-produced film work.
In 2008, after creating a rowdy circus-like early afternoon ''rock'n'roll'' jam at Brampton, Ontario's Bramalea Rd. "All Star Bar and Grill" (complete with a ''bikini'' car wash); Watt soon released his debut rock& roll and Celtic influenced 10-song album: ''TonyWatt.com Plugged' (since discontinued, as he was disappointed with the weakly produced sound)', which includes an eclectic cover of the Irish Standard: ''Danny Boy'' and an original whimsical mariner's song ( he had co-written with film-making pals Lewis Mercer and Mike Burry, both from Newfoundland ) about the fictitious ship, the "King Henry III"; in which Tony & Lewis Mercer mused,'All of the (traditional) songs about seafaring are so depressing... with scurvy and rats. We figured(they must've had a song that was positive.'
A dedicated rocker, he turned on to the charms of Celtic music from his visits to Brampton's "Lar Na nGael" Irish Center:'I started digging into the Celtic stuff,, because if you like ''Led Zeppelin'', they've always done that stuff like ''Battle of Evermore'' or ''Goin' to California'', which is kind of Celtic.' Watt also uses his recorded music to soundtracks of his movies.
In 2013 Tex Watt produced: Kount Kracula's Review Showcase, a campy, gothic, Toronto, Canada-based (comic-book/graphic novel/movie /pop-culture ephemera) review showcase series; featuring:horror-host Kount Kracula, with a cast of groovy ghoulies!.
In 2018, Watt (as Kount Kracula,) added Kid-Lit Author/Illustrator to his resume, with 'What's Inside Your Gut, Shmut?: The Tragic First Tale of The World's Last Dumbosaurus!', with another upcoming picture-book (based on his cats & wife & advert flyer) 'Vivita: the Spa Therapist, Saves The Universe!', as well as a novel adaptation of his upcoming film: 'Bird Of Steel'!- Actor

At age 15, he was a Freestyle artist for the label Ventura Records. He went by the name 'Frankie Boy'. He had a couple of songs, like "She's Leaving" and "My Precious Love" but didn't achieve much success in his music career until later when he joined the Latino group 'Los Kumbia Kings', which was a Spanish-language mix of Cumbia, pop, rap, and R&B. Started his musical career as a drummer for the band 'Dan Kidney and the Pulsations' before moving on to Sardonica (featuring the legendary Sal Bee). He played with Sardonica for eight years (a taste of things to come). Jerry Only contacted him, and he joined with Jerry and Doyle Wolfgang von Frankenstein on one Kryst The Konqueror album, while Jerry was still trying to get the rights to The Misfits name.
During the legal battle against Glenn Danzig, Dr. Chud was busy with a side project, known as "Sacred Trash". Chud wrote, played guitar and sang on the band's debut, and only, release, also called "Sacred Trash". The band did not last, as Jerry Only finally won the legal fight for the name of The Misfits. Dr. Chud had to start sitting behind The Misfits' drumset.
The Misfits went on their "Resurrection" tour in 1996 and immediately afterwards Dr. Chud, Jerry Only, Doyle and Michale Graves were headed into the studio to record the Geffen Records release "American Psycho", which featured quite a few songs penned by Dr. Chud.
Two years passed, full of numerous tours with such acts as Marilyn Manson, Anthrax and Megadeth, singles releases and a live album, produced by Dr. Chud. Then they hit the studio again, this time to record an album for RoadRunner Records, "Famous Monsters" was born. About the same time, Jerry and Dr. Chud recorded "1969" with Joey Ramone for an Iggy Pop tribute record called "They Will Fall" and the track was also used later on Joey Ramone's own album, "Don't Worry About Me".
After six years in the group, two studio records, a live record, appearances in films such as Animal Room (1995) and Bruiser (2000) and even time as a wrestler in the WCW, Dr. Chud and Michale Graves walked away from The Misfits to form a new group more fitting to their growing tastes. This new group was called "Graves". Within a year the group wrote nine songs and had arranged a nationwide tour. Immediately after the "Web of Dharma" tour, they went into the studio to record a "Web of Dharma" album, and Dr. Chud produced and distributed it through his own GDU Records. Afterwards, they went out for a second leg of the "Web of Dharma" tour, in 2002, and shortly after that they disbanded, Michale going off to form Gotham Road.
Dr. Chud, however, went into recording his new X-Ward CD, "Diagnosis for Death", which has recently been released.- Music Artist

Best known for his role as 'Ravi Ross' on Disney Channel's hit series "Jessie" and its spinoff, "Bunk'd," Karan Brar is taking Hollywood by storm and seeking to break cultural barriers in the entertainment industry. He stars in "Bunk'd" on Disney Channel and 2018 will be a major year for Karan as he breaks out of his Disney roles for some exciting new projects including the Legendary Entertainment/Universal Pictures film "Pacific Rim: Uprising" and the YouTube Red teen dramedy series, "Youth and Consequences."
"Pacific Rim: Uprising" is a science-fiction monster film produced by Guillermo del Torro. The film is a sequel to the 2013 film "Pacific Rim" and also stars John Boyega, Scott Eastwood, and Jing Tian. Karan plays 'Suresh,' a new cadet for the Jaeger pilot program. To prepare for the role, Brar worked out with a personal trainer for several months both before and during shooting of the film, which included stunt and fight training as well as a monitored diet. The film is set to be released early 2018.
Born and raised in Bothell, Washington, Karan pursued various sports to try to break out of his shell and find his 'niche'. He soon realized sports were not going to be his calling in life, and his father, who had done theater in India, suggested that he try acting. After a few workshops and acting classes, Karan discovered he was far more talented and comfortable on stage than he was on the field. So, at the age of eight, he signed with an agent and quickly booked his first commercial.
Not long after, Karan's big break came when he landed the role of 'Chirag Gupta' in Twentieth Century Fox's hit trilogy based on the New York Times best-selling book series, "Diary of a Wimpy Kid." The films included: "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" [2010], "Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules" [2011] and "Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days" [2012]. However, it is Karan's role as 'Ravi' on "Jessie" that truly put Karan on the map. In "Jessie," Ravi was a recent immigrant to the United States who was struggling to adapt to his new surroundings, while still trying to hold on to his Indian culture and religious beliefs. Since then, Ravi has adjusted and come into his own, bringing his considerate and sometimes naïve but hilarious personality to life in "Bunk'd."
With Karan's family originally being from Punjab, India, he understands the importance and responsibility of portraying the Disney Channel's first-ever series regular Indian character. Brar has helped the channel diversify culturally, while sharing his native Indian culture with its target audience of kids and families. On the other hand, as a first-generation Indian-American, Karan also feels strongly that it is his duty to show his fans and the entertainment industry that he is more than the cliché "Indian character," and he has something much greater to offer.
Karan has several other projects under his belt as well, including NBC's "The Night Shift" where he played a young Afghan drug dealer, the Disney Channel Original Movie, "Invisible Sister" and guest-star appearances on several Disney Channel shows. Brar also voiced the character of 'Mason' in Twentieth Century Fox's "Mr. Peabody & Sherman" and 'Prince Zandar' in Disney's "Sophia the First."
When he is not busy lighting up the big or small screens, Karan enjoys quality time with his friends doing anything that can get them outdoors, from beach trips to hiking and travel adventures. He also spends time working on his photography and videography techniques. Karan enjoys playing video games and discovering new music as well. His philanthropic efforts include lending his voice as a celebrity ambassador for Thirst Project, the world's largest youth water organization whose goal is to build a socially-conscious generation that will end the global water crisis. Brar also has a passion for helping those affected by or who have loved ones affected by mental illness. He hopes to help remove the stigma around the topic and let others know it is something that is okay to discuss. Karan currently resides in Los Angeles.- Actor

Muhtar Cem Karaca was a prominent Turkish rock musician and one of the most important figures in the Anatolian rock movement. He is a graduate of Robert College. He worked with various Turkish rock bands such as Apaslar, Kardaslar, Mogollar and Dervisan. With these bands, he brought a new understanding and interpretation to Turkish Rock.
He was the only child of Mehmet Ibrahim Karaca, a theatre actor of Azerbaijani origin, and Irma Felekyan (Toto Karaca), a popular opera, theatre and movie actress of Armenian origin. His first group was called Dynamites and was a classic rock cover band. Later he joined Jaguars, an Elvis Presley cover band. In 1967, he started to write his own music, joining the band Apaslar (The Rowdies), his first Turkish-language group. The same year, he participated in the Golden Microphone (Turkish: Altin Mikrofon) contest, a popular music contest in which he won second place with his song Emrah. In 1969, Karaca and bass-player Serhan Karabay left Apaslar and started an original Anatolian group called Kardaslar (The Brothers).
In 1972, Karaca joined the group Mogollar (The Mongols) and wrote one of his best-known songs, "Namus Belasi". However, Cahit Berkay, the leader of Mogollar, wanted an international reputation for his band, and he left for France to take the group to the next level. Karaca, who wanted to continue his Anatolian beat sound, left Mogollar and started his own band Dervisan (Dervishes) in 1974. Karaca and Dervisan sang poetic and progressive songs.
In the 1970s, Turkey was dealing with political violence between supporters of the left and the right, separatist movements and the rise of Islamism. As the country fell into chaos, the government suspected Cem Karaca of involvement in rebel organisations. He was accused of treason for being a separatist thinker and a Marxist-Leninist. The Turkish government tried to portray Karaca as a man who was unknowingly writing songs to start a revolution. One politician was quoted as saying, "Karaca is simply calling citizens to a bloody war against the state." Dervisan was ultimately dissolved at the end of 1977. In 1978, he founded Edirdahan, an acronym for "from Edirne to Ardahan"; the westernmost and the easternmost provinces of Turkey. He recorded one LP with Edirdahan.
In early 1979, he left for West Germany for business reasons, where he started singing in German language, too, namely since autumn 1980 first a lyric of Nazim Hikmet - Kiz Çocugu (in English: Little girl): Cem performed the German verses alternating with his friend, manager, arranger and bandleader/musician Ralf Mähnhöfer attending Cem on grand piano solo or by the band Anatology singing the song in Turkish-language.
Turkey continued to spin out of control with military curfews and the 1980 Turkish coup d'état on September 12, 1980. General Kenan Evren took over the government and temporarily banned all the nation's political parties. After the coup, many intellectuals, including writers, artists and journalists, were arrested. A warrant was issued for the arrest of Karaca by the government of Turkey.
The state invited Karaca back several times, but Karaca, not knowing what would happen upon his return, decided not to come back.
While Karaca was in Germany his father died, but he could not return to attend the funeral. After some time, the Turkish government decided to strip Cem Karaca of his Turkish citizenship, keeping the arrest warrant active.
Several years later, in 1987, the prime minister and leader of the Turkish Motherland Party, Turgut Özal, issued an amnesty for Karaca. Shortly afterwards, he returned to Turkey. His return also brought a new album with it, Merhaba Gençler ve Her zaman Genç Kalanlar ("Hello, The Young and The Young at Heart"), one of his most influential works. His return home was received cheerfully by his fans, but during his absence Karaca had lost the young audience and acquired only few new listeners. He died on February 8, 2004 and was interred at Karacaahmet Cemetery in the Üsküdar district of Istanbul.- Sin Quirin is a two-time Grammy nominated guitar player, actor and DJ from LA. Joe"-action figures as a child. In his third year at University of Southern California, McKee got an agent and started auditioning. Besides a McDonalds commercial, acting gigs remained sparse as he was often called "too tall". In 1984, he was eventually cast as Ted Capwell as part of the original cast of Santa Barbara (1984). While the daytime drama was struggling ratings-wise for most of its run in the US, the show and its stars - including 21 year old Todd McKee who headlined the young generation - became cult favorites around the world. He played the part for 5 years, yet worked as a real estate agent in his spare time, before leaving on a world tour alongside fellow cast-member Lane Davies. After he returned home, McKee was quickly snatched up by another soap-opera. From 1990-1992 he appeared as Jake Maclaine on The Bold and the Beautiful (1987) in a heavily publicized male rape story-line and alongside movie star Tippi Hedren who played his on-screen mother. During the 1990s McKee scored guest-starring roles on several TV shows and minor movie parts. Therefore in 1999, at age 35 the former soap-star focused on a completely different career path and joined Merryl Lynch as a financial advisor in one of their California wealth management offices. In the early 2000s he sometimes still took acting jobs, but was basically retired when executive producer and head writer Bradley Bell convinced him to return The Bold And The Beautiful as a recurring character in 2007.

Dave lea started training in martial arts in his early teens. He traveled the world learning from some of the greatest martial art teachers he could find, including Dan Inosanto who trained under Bruce Lee, and Joseph Cheng of Wing Chun fame. Also studied with Grand Master Leong Swee Lun of Shaolin 5 Animals in Malaysia.
Learning all he could he also started doing TV work where he landed a recurring role on UK #1 TV show EastEnders. (All this before he took an acting class). He then auditioned for 1989 Batman where he stunt/fight doubled Michael Keaton.
His first movie in Los Angeles was Tango & Cash starring Sly Stallone and Kurt Russell where he was hired to train/choreograph and fight Sly Stallone and was awarded Best Fight Sequence. That movie put Dave on the map. Since then he has continued to work with 'A' list actors in preparing them for their action roles and choreographed the action.
Moving up the ladder he became a stunt coordinator/fight choreographer and continues to prepare actors for the complicated action scenes for today's audiences. In front or behind the camera Dave explodes with his passion.
He was called up by Michael Keaton to Train-Choreograph Stunt and Fight double him again in Batman Returns getting him more attention from studio heads at Warner Bros and other main line studios. He's worked with numerous actors including preparing them for Action roles in seemingly impossible timing. Sly Stallone, Ashley Judd, Ben Affleck, Colin Farrell, Tom Cruise, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Ewan Mcgregor, Scarlett Johansson, Will Smith, Sandra Bullock, Michelle Pfeiffer, Famke Janssen, Dennis Quaid, David Boreanaz and many other action stars. Dave continues developing his choreography and action to excite the audiences for today's action genre.
Dave's repertoire of choreography is known by the many styles of fighting he has studied. These include close range tactical, flashy, penitentiary, street fighting, gang fights, period fights and whatever the script calls for. Dave studied dance for many years and adds that into his routines. Dave says: 'Action is like dancing! Turn the music on and dance. The best action moves are the ones that simply appear in the choreography. You don't look for them, you feel them.'
He is also efficient in getting actors ready for their action roles within a tight schedule. For example, when working with Sly Stallone on Demolition Man, one producer, Joel Silver, introduced Dave to Sandra Bullock saying he had only 7 days to get her ready - and he did!
Dave continues to stay motivated and searches for new and innovative ways to enhance the action. No two actors are the same, and Dave creates different styles of action for every film, whether it's a low budget indie or a high end studio budget. Dave said: 'When your passion is in the action, the fights and stunts will be true and real. I have learned from some of the best teachers out there. The least I can do is hold on to what they taught me. Dave added: 'My mother had a tremendous influence on my physical and stretching abilities. She would do the splits and kick above her head, just because she could. She was so amazing. So really she was the greatest inspiration of all, and continues to be.' Dave continues to train himself. He said: 'It becomes a lifestyle and a wonderful challenge to keep the physical ability of kicking, stretching and keeping finely tuned to all that works.' When it comes to movie fighting, he researches and creates the more unusual styles of fighting. He also took up Latin dancing to improve his choreography. Dave develops unique and explosive moves that even the most uncoordinated actor can perform to give a sense of reality to their performance and action scenes. 'I do the impossible! God helps with the 'miracles'. Camera ready, Real 2 Reel! And action!'- Stunts

Kaleti Williams is known for Once Upon a Time in Venice (2017), House (2004) and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (2013).- Russian musician of the band "Auktsion" and actor Oleg Garkusha was born 23 February 1961.
In 1980 he graduated from the Leningrad Film College. For some time after graduating from the technical college he worked as a projectionist in the Sovremennik and Titan movie theaters.
According to Garkusha himself, on the stage he got by accident. In 1985 he was asked to sing a couple of phrases of a song, verses to which he wrote. He sang, everyone liked it. So he became a participant of "Auktsion". After his arrival in the band, the image of "Auktsiona" radically changed. The band's performances turned into eccentric shows with a buffoonery.
The well-known songs of "Auktsyon", laid on the verses of Garkusha, are "Money is paper", "Wolf," "Airplane", "Pioneer" and "Bird" written by Garkusha in 1991 in the days of the August putsch.
