I think this is more a marvel of people's baking skills. However, I did manage to guess quite a lot correctly which was fun. S2 was the same as S1 but they threw in some new challenges and curveballs in the third season that I enjoyed (like team challenges). - CreatorShannon NobleStarsNick UhasKatherine GrayDeborah CzereskoA reality show featuring glass blowers from around the world competing to be the best. One artist is dismissed after each episode/challenge.completed up to season 2
Overall it was very interesting to watch how they made the glasswork. But it’s just not for me, I didn’t find it engaging enough. - CreatorDavid CollinsStarsAntoni PorowskiTan FranceKaramo BrownA new Fab Five set out to Atlanta to help some of the city's people refine their wardrobes, grooming, diet, cultural pursuits, and home décor.completed up to season 8
This was honestly so wholesome and sweet. I loved how they really changed the lives of the people they visited. - StarsAngellica BellTommy BanksZoë BallCompetitive food show celebrating the families who make ordinary food extraordinary, presented by Zoe Ball and Nadiya Hussain.completed up to season 2
You can really tell it’s a British show - not from the accents but how nice and friendly everyone on this show is. The contestants were all supportive of each other and their competition. This was refreshing and charming and the judges are competent. They’re critical but also very encouraging - especially to the younger cooks. - StarsLyric LewisRutledge WoodKevin BludsoFood competition that follows the country's best backyard smokers and competitive barbecuers as they compete for the title of American Barbecue Champion.completed up to season 2
I don’t normally like American bbq but this had me salivating for some. The hosts don’t make any sense to me and I wish there was some scoring aspect to the eliminations. - StarsTom ColicchioPadma LakshmiGail SimmonsA reality competition show in which chefs compete against one another in culinary challenges and are a judged by a panel of food and wine experts, with one or more contestants eliminated each episode.completed season 6 and 12
I think I just like watching these kind of shows. It’s fun watching people compete especially with food. - CreatorMatthew HornburgTim WarrenStarsTone BellFrankie SolarikJulie ReinerTwelve innovative mixologists from around the world infuse, stir and blend through a series of high-stakes cocktail challenges to win a life-changing prize and the title of The Ultimate Drink Mastercompleted all 1 season
I will preface this by saying I don’t like alcohol but some of those drinks sounded and looked super delicious. I really liked the host as well! Overall decent but I thought some of the eliminations were weird. - StarsJayde AdamsHeston BlumenthalNiklas EkstedtCarla Hall, Niklas Ekstedt and Heston Blumenthal will judge as three cooks will battle it out to create the best feast. The set will be entirely edible and will contain edible blossom, chocolate soil, and a drinkable babbling brook.completed all 1 season
You can really tell this isn’t American - the show is really soothing for some reason. The judges were great - I like how they were balancing the positives with their critiques. - StarsMegan StalterHari KondaboluAli Bouzari12 chefs will go head to head in the ultimate snack showdown. Recreating some of the world's most iconic snacks, as well as inventing your own original snacks inspired by beloved classics. Only one will prevail and claim the $50,000 prize.completed all 1 season
Hosts were a little awkward for me but I tend to ignore them so it didn’t ruin the show for me or anything. The contestants were pretty good. I questioned some of the judging because it seemed awfully off at times but oh well. Some of their snack ideas are really genius. I would love to buy some of them. - StarsLiam LunnissErica StubbsKane WalcottFollows a street dance competition designed to find the next superstar choreographer. The contestants must create a choreograph and then perform it using 100 of the world's best dancers.completed all 1 season
I noticed a lot of people didn’t like the editing and I agree. I’m glad that the focus is on the routines but I would have liked to see more of the creative process. And although I appreciate that the judges are actual dancers I don’t like how it feels almost like the participants need to “cater to” those dancers to get votes. Judging is still very biased. - StarsTan FranceAlexa ChungGigi Hadid18 budding fashion designers compete for a $250,000 prize and the opportunity to launch a clothing line with Net-a-Porter.completed up to season 2
This was super fun to watch. I liked a lot of the designs they created. The second season judging wasn’t great though - very blatant favouritism. - Follows eleven chefs who will cook and cohabit with one another as they compete to become the ultimate chef's chef and win $100,000.completed up to season 1
It’s definitely not what I expected. I thought this would be more of a normal cooking competition but it ended up being more like a reality tv show (on second thought, duh, it is a reality tv show). Not bad, but not that great either. - StarsAntoni PorowskiHaley HerridgeKristen KishInspired by Hasbro's iconic Easy-Bake Oven, features skilled home cooks who must compete against each other using their most ingenious kitchen hacks to prove who can make the easiest, fastest, and most delicious food.completed up to season 1
I thought this was decent for a cooking competition. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the judging (feels a little biased at times) but I love the home cook tips! I also like that the cooks compliment each other rather than put each other down for the sake of winning or drama. - StarsSusan KeatingEsther ChoiBeth FullerDo fancy ingredients always make better dishes? Or can humble articles become a recipe for success? Three home cooks put their money up for grabs in a high-stakes, auction-filled cooking competition. Only one will win cooking at all costs.completed up to season 1
This was actually pretty fun! It was interesting to see them watch bid for items to cook with. The host was pretty entertaining as well. - StarsNick LacheyVanessa LacheyMicah LussierSingles who want to be loved for who they are, rather than what they look like, have signed up for a less-conventional approach to modern dating.completed up to season 1
Very dramatic. I think this show proves more that love is not blind rather than love is blind. People outside the influence of reality tend to be more pretentious that falls apart when faced with actual challenges. - StarsJackie TohnDavid SoRosemary ShragerHome cooks compete to transform leftovers into delicious creations, finding ways to give old leftovers new life, all in the hopes of winning a $10,000 prize.completed up to season 1
Decent show - I liked what they tried to do to get people to not waste food. - StarsKristen KishAlton BrownAndrew ZimmernFeatures five new Iron Chefs who welcome Challenger Chefs to face off and cook up their best culinary creations to become the first ever "Iron Legend."completed up to season 1
It's a pity these iron chefs are not the ones I grew up watching. Otherwise, I thought it was decent enough. - StarsWill ArnettJamie BerardAmy CorbettLEGO enthusiasts participate in a series of competitions that begin with a single LEGO brick and concludes with inspiring, complex constructions.completed up to season 2
It was actually really interesting to watch other people build things out of lego pieces. There are so many unique things that people come up with! - StarsVal GarlandDominic C. SkinnerMaya JamaA talented group of aspiring make-up artists attempt to prove their potential to industry professionals in this competition hosted first by Stacey Dooley then by Maya Jama.completed up to season 1
I thought the make-up looks were too dramatic for me. I wanted it to be more informational but it ended up being over the top makeup. - StarsSima TapariaViral JoshiPradhyuman MalooMatchmaker Sima Taparia guides clients in the U.S. and India in the arranged marriage process, offering an inside look at the custom in a modern era.completed up to season 1
This was okay - it was really dramatic and I wasn't sure if I liked the matchmaker. I thought she was too traditional and seemed to care more about the guys than the girls. - StarsAndrew KnowltonMonique FisoMark BestTeams of chefs vie to impress some of the world's toughest palates as they whip up iconic dishes from different nations in this reality cooking competition.completed all 1 season
This wasn't bad - until the ending. I don't really understand why the American won when the Australian team was literally so much better. - StarsAlex WagnerWilliam James RichardsonJoi SchweitzerIt follows twelve players as they work together in challenges to add money to a pot that only one of them will win.completed up to season 1
This wasn't as interesting as I thought it would be. I didn't like the games they had to play - and there was too much backstabbing for me.
