Exclusive: The majority of the managers working at LA rep firm The Green Room have abruptly exited to launch management and production outfit Untamed Artists LA.
The move was made in the last few weeks and follows what the group described to us as “irreconcilable differences” with Green Room founder Alex Czuleger, who as of last week was understood to be the only manager left at the firm.
Czuleger, who set up The Green Room in 2014, declined to comment on the reason for the departures but noted that the Green Room would continue to operate as a management company and that replacements for the departing staff would be joining shortly. There is discrepancy between the two parties as to whether all agents left of their own accord.
The departing reps comprise Jemme Harper, Brenda Fisher, Chris Cope, Sasha Vassell, Nicole MacNaughton, Andrew Leon, and Eric Ziech. At least three are...

The 1999 coming-of-age comedy "American Pie" was a massive hit when it was released in 1999. Starring a who's-who of upcoming teen talent, "American Pie" delved deeply into the more embarrassing sexual details of being an adolescent boy in the modern day. There were scenes involving bodily fluids, oral sex, and multiple references to creative masturbation. While the bulk of the film -- written by Mike Herz and directed by Paul Weisz -- prided itself on aggressive raunchiness, it wisely ended on a sweet note, allowing the characters to realize that despite having had sex, they still have a lot to look forward to on their journey of growing up.
For a while in the early 2000s, Jason Biggs, Alyson Hannigan, Mena Suvari, Shannon Elizabeth, Seann William Scott, Thomas Ian Nicholas, and Natasha Lyonne were household names largely because of the "American Pie" movies. To date, the series has made $990 million.

The coming-of-age film American Pie was one of the surprise hit movies of the 1999 film season. Fans quickly became invested in a group of high school friends and their families in the Jason Biggs, Eugene Levy, and Jennifer Coolidge-led big-screen success. Two years later, American Pie 2 revisited the friend group, now college students. However, when the third sequel, American Wedding, was filmed in 2003, many cast favorites were missing. Why was that so?
Why were so many of ‘American Pie’s’ original cast members not a part of ‘American Wedding?’
In 2003, producers of the American Pie film franchise orchestrated the wedding of Jim Levenstein (Jason Biggs) and Michelle Flaherty (Alyson Hannigan) as the centerpiece of American Wedding. The movie intended to bring together the cast of the first two installments as a love letter for the characters and film fans who supported the franchise since 1999.

American Pie is one of those cult classic movies that anyone who grew up in the 1990s has probably seen — many times. It was known for its humor and certainly catered to a more adult audience, but it was loaded with characters that nobody could ever forget.
While it’s been nearly 25 years since the movie was released, some of the actors have remained household names. Where is the American Pie cast today?
The ‘American Pie’ cast in 2012 | Kevin Winter/Getty Images Where is Jason Biggs today?
Jason Biggs was the film’s main star, and he went on to act in movies far beyond American Pie. There have been plenty of film sequels, and he starred in the first four movies, up until 2012. He appeared in films including Eight Below and My Best Friend’s Girl, the latter of which is where he met his now-wife, Jenny Mollen. Today, Biggs is worth about $20 million,...

Seann William Scott is the latest actor speaking out about their small paycheck in light of the actor’s strike.
The “American Pie” star — who played the iconic role of Stifler — says he went from starring in the 1999 hit to working as the churro guy at the LA zoo after he was only paid $8,000 for the entire movie.
Scott made the shocking claim while appearing on the “Rick Eisen Show”. The two played a game of truth or dare when he was asked if it was true that “American Pie” was his first feature-length film and whether he was only paid the four-figure number.
“I think so, yeah, because I remember afterwards I bought a used Thunderbird for like $5,000 or maybe $6,000, I’m like, ‘Oh yeah, baby’,” he said. “I don’t know what happened to the other $2,000 because I ended up having to work at the LA Zoo as a churro guy,...

In this new era of actors’ financial transparency, actor Seann William Scott has revealed the paltry amount he was paid to appear in 1999 hit comedy American Pie.
Scott told TV chat show host Rick Elsen that he earned $8,000 for his work on the movie, which went on to make $235million at the box office.
The actor revealed in the interview that it “was a lot of money for me at the time” and revealed he’d splashed out.

It will premiere globally September 8 on Fox Entertainment’s free streaming service Tubi. Bring Me the Horizon have shard the new song “LosT,” the latest track in their ongoing Post Human series.
The band’s sound has certainly evolved from its deathcore beginnings, with “LosT” being a feisty blast of anthemic pop-punk — perhaps a nod to Bmth’s upcoming tourmates in Fall Out Boy. The bands are set to hit the road together for a summer North American tour in June, and you can get tickets via StubHub, where your purchase is 100% guaranteed through StubHub’s Fan Protect program.
The single is accompanied by a cinematic music video starring a gored-up and bandaged Bmth frontman Oli Sykes, and featuring an appearance by actor Thomas Ian Nicholas (“Kevin” from American Pie). Jensen Noen directed the clip, which runs with the theme of Oli’s chorus refrain: “Stupid medicine not doing anything!”
Bring Me the Horizon have taken an alternative approach to new music since 2019’s Amo.

If you don’t know Jennifer Coolidge, it’s acceptable to ask where you’ve been since the 1990s. Jennifer Coolidge is a legend in the movie industry. Not only is she the woman who learns the bend and snap from Reese Witherspoon’s Elle – the same one longing for the delivery man – she’s also Stifler’s mom. Yes, that Stifler. As in Eugene Levy and Jason Biggs and Alyson Hannigan and Seann William Scott and Thomas Ian Nicholas and Eddie Kaye Thomas’ Stifler’s mom from the infamous, “American Pie,” franchise. "You do what you gotta do." Lionsgate has revealed a new official trailer for a gritty L.A. crime drama titled Adverse, from filmmaker Brian A. Metcalf. This originally premiered at the Fantasporto Film Festival in Portugal last year before lockdowns began, and has been waiting for a release ever since then. It will not get a direct-to-vod release in March. Thomas Ian Nicholas stars as Ethan, a ride-share driver who discovers his sister is in debt to a dangerous crime syndicate. He ends up in over his head trying to free her. The cast includes Mickey Rourke as the drug lord, with Sean Astin, Penelope Ann Miller, Aaron Schwartz, and Lou Diamond Phillips. Looks like a mash-up of Drive and Collateral with all the usual crime tropes. Here's the two official trailers (+ two posters) for Brian A. Avengers: Endgame who? A Kid in King Arthur’s Court is the best movie about time-traveling on Disney+.

The first trailer has been dropped for James Franco’s next film project called Zeroville. Franco directed the film, wrote it, and stars in it. "Love. Cinema. And punk rock!" He's back with another wacky film! The first trailer for James Franco's next new film is out now. Zeroville is Franco's latest feature that he stars in and directs, adapted from author Steve Erickson's 2007 novel. This odd indie film takes us back to 1969, the same year as Tarantino's Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, to tell a different story about another actor in town. James Franco stars as Vikar, an actor who loves movies who shows up in Hollywood during a transitional time in the industry, taking jobs doing anything. The full cast includes Megan Fox, James Franco, Joey King, Will Ferrell, Danny McBride, Dave Franco, Jacki Weaver, Craig Robinson, Thomas Ian Nicholas, Cynthia Murell, and Horatio Sanz as Francis Ford Coppola. The more movies Franco makes, the weirder he gets. And I just can't help but see this as a Franco remake of Once Upon a Time,...

It’s been 20 years since American Pie was released in theaters back in 1999. To celebrate the occasion, Entertainment Tonight brought the original cast of the film together to talk about the film and reminisce on the time they shot the film.
Jason Biggs, Alyson Hannigan, Seann William Scott, Tara Reid, Chris Klein, Natasha Lyonne and Eddie Kaye Thomas all showed up for the reunion and it’s fun to see them all together again to talk about the teen sex comedy. For some reason Thomas Ian Nicholas didn’t show up, but you still get to watch the cast tell some fun stories.
I actually really enjoyed America Pie, the characters that filled it, and the crazy situations that they found themselves in.

With one exception ... Next year marks the 20th anniversary of one of the best (if not the best) raunchy comedy of our generation. When American Pie first came out in 1999, its success was completely unexpected. Four films later and fans still wanted more. However, when the fourth installment, American Reunion, came out in 2012, everyone thought that we’d be getting another one soon after—including the actors themselves. According to Thomas Ian Nicholas, the script for the fifth film was already finished a while ago, but after Reunion, no one heard from production again. Here comes a digital-entertainment upstart that pledges to put creators first. L.A.-based StreaMe is lining up hand-picked creators to be part of its streaming and content marketplace that will give full control — and, it promises, a generous cut of revenue — to its partners.
Slated to launch this fall, StreaMe hopes to have more than 300 publishers and content owners on the platform out of the gate. It’s already gotten buy-in from a few Hollywood creatives who plan to use StreaMe to distribute content: filmmakers Jim and Brian Kehoe, who co-wrote comedy “Blockers,” and actor-musician-producer-director Thomas Ian Nicholas (“American Pie,” “Living Among Us”).
According to Jp Fatta, StreaMe’s founder and CEO, the company is looking for creator partners who already have a large fanbase and are looking for a better means of monetizing their content. StreaMe (streame.com) will share 60%-80% of the revenue generated by content on its platform to partners,...

The 2016 World Series began last night, and the participants were two of baseball’s most notoriously hard-luck franchises: the Chicago Cubs and the Cleveland Indians, neither of which has actually won it all in decades. A Cubs-Indians series sounds like a fantasy scenario from Hollywood, which may have been the inspiration for “Movie World Series 2016,” a clever movie mashup by Ross Taylor. Largely culling clips from two lighthearted comedies, David S. Ward’s Major League from 1989 and Daniel Stern’s Rookie Of The Year from 1993, Taylor has managed to piece together a pretty convincing game between these two continually thwarted teams. At heart, this is a pitcher’s duel featuring two of the game’s most eccentric hurlers. On the mound for the Cubs is Henry Rowengartner (Thomas Ian Nicholas), a 12-year-old with an arm like a cannon. Pitching for the Tribe is Ricky “Wild Thing ...

The Bonds of Bonding: Martin’s Debut a Choppy Crime Caper
Sustained by a likeable cast of notable character actors, screenwriter Michael C. Martin’s directorial debut 10 Cent Pistol sports similarities with his previous credit Brooklyn’s Finest (2009), which was directed by Antoine Fuqua. Multiple perspectives converge and crisscross over pulpy crime thriller tropes as cheaply manufactured as its titular toy would indicate, though its overly convoluted patch of twists, turns, and other maneuvers eventually belies a threadbare narrative by the time we get to the unveiling of the film’s ultra-mastermind. Taking place over familiar and commonly utilized Los Angeles terrain, this sun dappled rhinestone ultimately feels like another mean spirited, empty headed bauble, one whose ultimate moments of entertainment are dictated by the quality of the character in focus at any given moment.
