Every single thing you use today – from food to electronic devices – had to be have been invented by someone, somewhere. This process of developing something new usually involves a painstaking method and lots of time. First you have to identify that a problem even exists. Then you have to go through a laborious period of testing various solutions and developing prototypes.
It is no surprise that some of the most important inventions of all time have come from some of the cleverest people to have ever lived. People like Thomas Edison and Alexander Graham Bell, who used their intelligence and dedicated their lives to making your life that little bit easier. Because things like telephones, electricity, light bulbs, and television weren’t invented overnight.
Yet there are a few exceptions to this rule. Sometimes a glorious invention will be the product of a quick moment of improvisation.

British Film Institute (BFI) allocates 900 places for 16-19 year olds to join BFI Film Academies.
The BFI has brought its Film Academy back for a second year and will offer almost twice as many young people the opportunity to develop skills for a career in film.
Covering the 2013/14 school year, it will extend its reach across the UK into Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales offering a total of 900 places across all courses – up from just under 500 in 2012 - working with 35 partners such as film training organisations and universities (see below for full list).
The BFI Film Academy scheme will also expand to include new residential courses in animation, documentary, screenwriting and VFX, and has appointed five organisations to lead these during half-term times.
It will again team with the National Film and Television School (Nfts), which recently became the first to win all three Cilect awards for the world’s best student films.

When we think of international fashion, we conjure up images of Parisian runways, London tailors and Italian couturiers. TooFab recently interviewed designers from a country most don't associate with fashion -- Norway. The young men behind OnePiece and Moods of Norway have created fashions that are foreign to us in the States. They're two unique brands that share one native country. Check out their clothes in the gallery below: Thomas Adams is one of the three owners behind the OnePiece, a jumpsuit that Justin Bieber has worn. Thomas told TooFab the idea for the onesie came about on a “hung over afternoon.” He and his partners woke up one Sunday and thought why not sew their hoodies and sweats together? Thus, the OnePiece was born. “People say drinking isn’t good for you, but it was a good night (for us),” said Thomas. Some may wonder how to wear the OnePiece,...

While attending the OnePiece Fashion Event at SupperClub March 11, Whitney Port and I rocked the Norwegian export OnePiece to the fullest, and let me be the first to tell you I may never take it off!
The all-in-one sweatshirt/sweatpants/hoodie is one of the most comfortable lounge clothing apparel I have ever worn. I can already see myself wearing this on shopping trips, during a flight or while at work. (Which I am doing right now).
Its all purpose and patterned and the color variations make it easily the next big thing to join your daily clothing routine. The OnePiece was created in 2007 from Norwegians Thomas Adams, Henrik Nostud and Knut Gresvig and its sure to take the U.S. by storm!
Other stars that have suited up in the highly-coveted apparel are Jude Law, Kate Moss, Katy Perry to name a few, and you should be the next...
