Also was an announcer for WNYC-AM (830) and FM (93.9) in the 1960s before moving to Southern California later in the decade; in his early years in Los Angeles, was an announcer for the now-defunct KFAC-AM (1330) in 1969-1970. In the 1960's and early 1970's, Bozeman was a staff announcer at NBC's Los Angeles TV Station, KNBC, Channel 4.
