TableTop is an original online entertainment property with an on-paper premise unpalatable to traditional media. Yes, the program does have some innate cross-platform star appeal. The bi-weekly-or-so series is distributed by way of online video poster child’s Felicia Day’s (and more recently Legendary’s) YouTube destination Geek & Sundry and hosted by Star Trek: The Next Generation alum and overall object of internet obsession Wil Wheaton. But TableTop's subject matter isn’t something individuals with an appetite to watch or produce mainstream entertainment usually seek out (the show’s all about classic, modern, and not computerized gaming) and the very long format is one that bucks the general online video trend (each episode consists of upwards of 50 minutes of content composed of Wheaton introducing a board game or two and then playing one of those board games with friends).

For the past two-and-a-half years, Geek & Sundry has taken a very inclusive approach to content, debuting everything from narrative web series to unscripted videos to an entire network of specialty vloggers. This strategy has paid off. Felicia Day's YouTube home has seen impressive growth, reaching a million subscribers and more than 100 million views. In addition, Geek & Sundry just announced a major deal that will see it become a part of Legendary's digital division (editor's note: that deal went to press after this interview was conducted.) We spoke to founding partner Sheri Bryant about the multi-faceted Geek & Sundry channel: Tubefilter: How does it feel to have one million subscribers? What do you have to say to your fans? Sheri Bryant: We are so proud and happy to have just surpassed one million subscribers! Our fans are always at the heart and soul of what we here at G&S do.

Jenna Jameson has another film coming out, but this time it's a comedy. The curious plot follows one man's quest to satisfy his girlfriend. There's a trailer up now, and it's certainly interesting. Apparently, there is some angle to the film which makes use of a string of interviews that intermingle with main storyline. Or, that's just the impression the trailer gives. Though there isn't a lot of information as yet, there are some interesting actors in the film. There’s footage online of How to Make Love to a Woman starring Krysten Ritter (Confessions of a Shopaholic), Josh Meyers (That ‘70s Show, MADtv), Ian Somerhalder (Lost), Ken Jeong (Knocked Up, Pineapple Express), James Kyson Lee (Heroes), James Hong (Balls of Fury) and featuring Jenna Jameson in her first comedic performance. The producers have posted footage to the movie’s Official site, www.INeedSexAdvice.com How To is produced by Sheri Bryant and Adam Lawson,...

NEW YORK -- Josh Meyers, Krysten Ritter andIan Somerhalder are about to learn How to Make Love to a Woman -- with a little help from porn star Jenna Jameson.
In Scott Culver's indie romantic comedy, Meyers plays a music executive with no idea how to satisfy his girlfriend (Ritter). He turns to advice from his musician pals as well as Jameson (who plays herself) but finds that time is running out when her handsome childhood friend (Somerhalder) appears. Eugene Byrd (8 Mile) plays Meyers' character's best friend.
Newcomer Lindsay Richards also stars in the film, which features appearances by members of the bands Yellowcard, the Red Jumpsuit and Apparatus, Hellogoodbye.
Adam Lawson and Sheri Bryant are producing music video director Culver's feature debut through their I Lied About Everything Pictures shingle. Dennis Kao wrote the script. Make Love is shooting in Los Angeles.
Mad TV alum Meyers is repped by UTA and Principato/Young Management. Ritter (the upcoming Confessions of a Shopaholic) is repped by Innovative, the Group Entertainment and Sanders/Armstrong/Caserta Management.
