- The way I see it, with the evolving internet trends, film will eventually stop being an art form. it will become a supermarket product with an expiration date. Pass that date and every bit of magic is gone. Is that bad? not as bad as as a 7.0 earthquake on the richter scale. but it does sadden me a great deal.
- I like the fact that it's never granted, that there is no such thing as "acquired filmmaking syndrome". the minute you start pushing your own boundaries, it becomes unknown territory. Every master I studied has at least failed once trying to push their own personal envelopes. They deserve tremendous credit for that.
