The family moved to Cairo and settled in the neighborhood of "Helmia". She attended El Helmia Secondary School for Girls, where artistic talent emerged for the first time, and got a certificate of appreciation for her role in the play ( The blind princess) from the director of her school, . She studied acting at the Higher Institute of Dramatic Art, and began her career at the end of the sixties by a limited roles such as "El ghazya", then the space of roles increased slowly with the seventies , and represented in films (Girls at the university, tale of a girl named Marmar, The return of the Prodigal Son, Hekmetak Ya Rab), as represented in the TV drama serials through (Laialy Elhelmia, Arabesque,no one sleeps in Alexandria).
