Jennifer Garner knows what it's like to make a call to the wild.
The actress was a guest on Conan Tuesday night and revealed that she had to resort to one very unusual method of pest control to deal with an unruly ivy patch on property she owns in Los Angeles.
"I rented a herd of goats," she told Conan O'Brien. Well, 120 of them, to be precise. Apparently the L.A. property also had a rodent problem – they were living in the ivy – but the fleet of ungulate landscapers took care of that problem as well.

Two-time Academy Award winner Jessica Lange and Sam Neill have joined the cast of Screen Gems and Spyglass Entertainment's romance The Vow . Lange and Neill will star opposite Rachel McAdams and Channing Tatum in the film being directed by Michael Sucsy. Spyglass' Roger Birnbaum, Gary Barber, and Jonathan Glickman are producing the project along with Paul Taublieb. Austin Hearst and Susan Cooper are executive producing. Cassidy Lange is co-producing. Rachel McAdams and Channing Tatum will star set to star in Spyglass Entertainment's "The Vow" for Spyglass Entertainment. Gary Barber, Roger Birnbaum, Jonathan Glickman and Paul Taublieb will produce. Austin Hearst and Susan Cooper are serving as executive producers on the Michael Sucsy ("Grey Gardens") helmed project. "The Vow" starts production in Chicago and Toronto at the end of August Based on a true story about a young woman who has a car accident and suffers the loss of all recent memory. She struggles to rebuild her identity in this story of Kim and Krickitt Carpenter which dates from 1993 when their car was struck from behind by a truck. Sucsy's is also penning a rewrite of the screenplay.
