- Doctor Ice a founding member of UTFO and current member of Whodini, is an American Hip-Hop artist from Brooklyn, N.Y. Doc Ice is best known for his work as a performer and writer of the UTFO classics; "Roxanne, Roxanne", "Leader of the Pack", "Split Personality" and "Cold Wanna Be With Me". The UTFO record "Roxanne, Roxanne" was ranked number 84 on VH1's 100 Greatest Songs of Hip Hop [2008]. Doc Ice went on to have a solo career in 1989 with the debut album "Mic Stalker" which spawned the hits "Sue Me", "Word to the Wise" and "Love Jones". He also went on to work as a co-writer for Bobby Brown & in the soundtrack departments of the classic films "Stay Tuned" & "Nightmare on Elm Street 5: The Dream Child". Doc released a second solo album "Rely On Selph" (1994). In the 90's Doc Ice continued to have Billboard success with his collaboration with singer Dino titled "Romeo" and as one half of the rap duo One and One with their single "Phenomenon". In the new millennium Doc Ice continued to tour as a member of Whodini while taking a near 11 year break from releasing new material. In 2007 Whodini was inducted into the VH1 Hip Hop Honors (Hip Hop Hall Of Fame). In 2007 Doc featured on the remix of Nas' hit single "Where Are They Now". By 2008 Doc teamed up with Manager/Record Producer Michael DeBarge. The pair went on to remaster Doc's classic solo albums and release a series of successful singles. Doc Ice featured on 2x Grammy Nominee Skee-Lo's Comeback EP "Overdose", Shan Egan's single "Purple People" & Corey Feldman's single "Everybody" which reached #13 on Cashbox. Doc also released 3 other successful singles; "Bang", "Hunnids (Feat.
