Made the spoof record albums "Al Tijuana and his Jewish Brass," essaying the role of a master of ceremonies/bandleader of dance band who plays songs such as "Downtown," and "The Yiddish Are Coming! The Yiddish Are Coming!" He also was part of a group that made the comic records "You Don't Have to Be Jewish" and "When You're in Love, the Whole World Is Jewish".
Was inducted into Canada's Walk of Fame, and given a
cement star outside of the Roy Thomson [Concert] Hall. (May 27, 1999)
