The new season of Glee continued to sparkle on Monday evening, pulling in more than 1.6 million viewers, according to the latest audience data. The musical comedy averaged 1.67m (6.4%) for E4 in the 9pm hour, by far the biggest multichannel audience of the night. A further 320k (1.7%) tuned in an hour later. On BBC One, Silent Witness brought in 7.1m (27.3%) in the 9pm hour, beating The Biggest Loser with 3.82m (14.7%) on ITV1. Earlier, The Lakes entertained 3.88m (15%) on ITV1 from 8pm. The One Show grabbed 5.21m (22.6%) on BBC One from 7pm, before Inside Out lured 3.8m (15.6%). Panorama: Britain's Missing Dads pulled in 3.12m (12%) from 8.30pm.
