- Marco was Elvis Presley's first stand-in in Love Me Tender (1956).
- Utilizing the working kitchen on the Emergency! (1972) stage at Universal Studios, he cooked on occasion for the cast and crew.
- He was hired by Jack Webb to stand-in for him during long shots on Dragnet (1951).
- Marco worked as Rod Taylor's personal assistant for a number of years.
- Marco Lopez was often an uncredited crewman (red suit) on Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea (1964). He played an officer in the pilot episode, Eleven Days to Zero (1964). He would appear, sporadically, as a crewman for the duration of the series run. With rare exception, he usually never had a speaking part.
- Appeared in several Dragnet 1967 (1967) episodes in the '60s as Marco Antonio.
- In the first season episode Hang-Up (1972), it opens with the crew watching Ambush (1971). If they watched it in its entirety, Marco would have seen himself as he guest starred in that very episode. Additional: Actually, they would have already seen Marco as he was one of the deputies that brought William Campbell out to Adam-12 for transport to L.A.
