- Carl Walther Meyer was born on February 1, 1898 in Dresden, Germany. He was an actor and composer, known for The Ringer (1932), The President (1919) and The Csardas Princess (1934). He died in 1985 in Waldkirch, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
