There is some really disturbing news coming from the land of "Big Brother 13." According to TMZ, in the wake of Shelly Moore's hand in evicting Jeff Schroeder from the house her family has been receiving death threats.
Sources tell TMZ Shelly's family has received numerous threatening phone calls from upset fans, including threats made against her 8-year-old daughter Josie. Shelly's place of business has also received harassing phone calls, demanding that Shelly be fired due to the way she voted on the show. Shelly's family say they are preparing to get the FBI involved.
We have to say - this is ludicrous and really saddens us. This is a game. No matter how upset you get about how someone plays or how much you get mad at CBS' manipulate of the show, this is way, way over the line.

It might sound a heck of a lot like Morgan Freeman -- but the actor is adamant ... he did Not lend his soothing voice to a dramatic right-wing ad campaign in Wisconsin. The ad -- paid for a group called " Citizens for a Strong America " -- blasts Democrat Shelly Moore in the race leading up to the Wisconsin Senate recall elections ... and if you close your eyes, it almost sounds like a scene from " Shawshank...

Morgan Freeman's representative has denied the legendary actor has loaned his voice to a right-wing political campaign against a Democrat running for office in Wisconsin.
The video advert slams Shelly Moore, who is running for State Senate in the upcoming Wisconsin elections, over accusations she will increase state taxes, with the money going to pay for "illegal aliens" to have access to free healthcare.
The promo is from a conservative group called Citizens for a Strong America and features a voiceover which distinctly sounds like the Shawshank Redemption actor.
However, his publicist has confirmed Freeman was not hired to voice the campaign.
The rep says, "A political ad running in Wisconsin by a conservative group narrated by someone trying to sound like Morgan Freeman was not narrated by Mr. Freeman. Morgan Freeman did Not narrate that ad."
It is the second time the star has been forced to deny he's voiced a political campaign - he received an apology from Republican B.J. Lawson last year after the politician used a "voice double" of Freeman on his TV promo.

"Big Brother" has welcomed the houseguests of season 13 on Thursday, July 7. Eight contestants - Adam Poch, Cassi Colvin, Dominic Briones, Kalia Booker, Keith Henderson, Lawon Exum, Porsche Briggs and Shelly Moore - introduced themselves early in the episode.
Host Julie Chen then dropped the bomb, telling them to pair up. Keith immediately asked Porsche, and she agreed, prompting Dominic to say, "Keith, you're not picking a prom date." Cassi teams up with Shelly, Dominic and Adam pair up, leaving Kalia and Lawon as the final pair.
The pairing is the first twist of this season since the game will now be played in pairs. Whoever wins Head of Household will save their partner from elimination for the week as well. Unlike previous seasons where two individuals will be up for elimination, this season each week's nominees will be a duo. Thus, the pair will be campaigning against each other.

At 41, Shelly Moore is going to be the oldest "Big Brother" contestant this season, but she isn't going to let that bother her. She's a wife and a mother and a corporate executive who sees "Big Brother" as "an awesome human experiment."
"I'm going to put myself in a situation with all the skills that I have with a pretty unique cast of characters, people from all different walks of life, and see if the real traits that I have I can use to get by and get to the end and win," says Shelly. "And I think it'll really show you a lot about yourself. What do I do good, what do I do not-so-good, am I too trusting, am I too sensitive, am I too loud, am I too intimidating, you look at all those things."
We love her perspective on the game. We also like it that...

It's officially the heart of summer when we have the "Big Brother" contestants. While we have the identities of the eight New houseguests, we are going to have to wait for the houseguests involved in the twist.
This summer's twist, "Double Trouble," will feature the return of "dynamic duos" from past "Big Brother" seasons. The return of these former houseguests will immediately impact the way the game will be played this summer.
The identities of the returning "Duos" will be revealed during the premiere episode on July 7, but right now CBS has a poll up that includes Will/Mike Boogie, Jeff/Jordan and Evel Dick/Danielle. Seriously, are these the only choices? Ugh. Below are the eight newbies who will spend the summer playing alongside the veterans in the new season of "Big Brother" and check out our photo gallery for all the glossy pictures so far.
