- Regina Banali is a producer and director and former actress. After two decades and over 50 film and television roles she stepped behind the camera in 2008. She is most known for directing Quiet Riot: Well Now You're Here, There's No Way Back (2014), a documentary on the band Quiet Riot. An early pioneer of crowdfunding, she raised the seed money on Kickstarter in 2010. It was quickly acquired by the Showtime Network and was released worldwide.
One of her first acting roles was as a mermaid in Steven Spielberg's Hook (1991). She has also enjoyed a career as a host and fashion correspondent. She hosted style segments on Today (1952), Access Hollywood (1996), among many others, and appeared as a third chair host on The Fashion Team (2006), as a celebrity style expert. Regina is an active member of The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, Alliance of Women Directors, Glass Elevator & Women In Film.
