A teen mom traveled 1,000 miles to get away from her 'baby daddy', who she says is a huge threat to her family's safety.
Jennifer Del Rio, who you might remember as the Latina teen mom from the third season of MTV’s controversial show “16 & Pregnant,” has allegedly fled from Florida to Illinois, in order to file legal documents against, Joshua Smith, the father of her twin boys.
According to TMZ, the 18-year-old mom is asking a judge for sole custody of their young boys, and has filed legal documents in Lake County, Illinois, where she now lives, having allegedly fled Florida to escape from her ex. In the filed documents, Jennifer says she's the primary caregiver of the couple's sons -- feeding them, bathing them and grooming them -- so it's in their best interest to stay with her permanently.
