As a sporadic watcher of NBC's Celebrity Apprentice, I usually don't cling on to any of the celebrities because a) I halfway don't know any of them and B) the ones I do know are usually gone by week four. But that is all in the past now with this new crop of celebrities who are vying to "work" for Donald Trump, because not only do we have some all time favorites, but Dt has managed to pull some celebrities out of 'retirement' (Sinbad) and obscurity (Rod Blagojevich).
The list of celebrity candidates are the best bunch yet, in my opinion, and I have already cleared time for this edition on my schedule to cheer on at least half of this cast. I pray that at least some of them make it to the final four.
Here are your celebrity job applicants and the asterisk represent the ones I am...

Donald Trump boasted that the upcoming season of "The Celebrity Apprentice" is the best ever and promised the star power of its cast "blows `Dancing With the Stars' away."Yes, it's a new cycle for the Trump-hosted competition show, which won't premiere until March 14 but threw an introductory news conference way back last October, with sworn-to-secrecy members of the media meeting the contenders. Now NBC says it's time to unveil that roster of 14 participants, who will likely spur responses ranging from "Wow!" to "Huh?"Maybe the most interesting (to use Trump's pet adjective) participant is former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich. Vaulted to infamy by headlines and punch lines, he is charged with scheming to auction off President Barack Obama's former U.S. Senate seat, campaign fundraising abuses and other offenses. He was removed from office last January, but has denied wrongdoing.

Anyone actually watched this show?
I’ll admit, I actually used to be a fan of the original The Apprentice – the one that made Omarosa Manigualt-Stallworth a reality TV household name. I’ve never seen an episode of Celebrity Apprentice however, which I believe Omarosa appeared on as well.
The official cast for the show’s 3rd season has been announced, and the list includes all-star athletes, comedians, actors, actresses, wrestlers, singers, supermodels, celebrity chefs and politicians.
Baseball legend Darryl Strawberry, pop icon Cyndi Lauper, Rock of Love star Bret Michaels, Sharon Osbourne, American track star Michael Johnson, actress Holly Robinson Peete, pro wrestler Goldberg, actress and comedienne Carol Leifer, funnyman Sinbad, Olympic swimming champion Summer Sanders, former governor of Illinois Rod Blagojevich (??), pro wrestler Maria Kanellis, celebrity chef Curtis Stone and Victoria’s Secret model, Selita Ebanks, will all face Donald Trump in his boardroom, and compete in grueling...

Well, no one's ever accused The Celebrity Apprentice of making relevant casting choices in the past. Why should this year be any different? NBC has unveiled the 14 "celebrities" who will compete for the chance to be Donald Trump's errand boy (or girl) when the third season of the reality show kicks off March 14. Sadly, not even two months' prep time may be enough to hype this list of contenders: Sharon Osbourne is arguably the best-known competitor, and she'll be joined by the has-been likes of Cyndi Lauper, Bret Michaels, Holly Robinson Peete, TV chef Curtis Stone, Victoria's Secret model Selita Ebanks, Sinbad, and athletes Darryl Strawberry and Michael Johnson, among...

NBC's 'Celebrity Apprentice' cast was announced this morning, with 14 contestants on the new season of Donald Trump's reality competition show, set to begin March 14. Wife and manager Sharon Osbourne will be joined by Cyndi Lauper, Holly Robinson Peete, Selita Ebanks, Maria Kanellis, Carol Leifer and Summer Sanders. This time around the ex Governor of Illinois Rod Blagojevich will compete alongside Darryl Strawberry, Bret Michaels, Goldberg, Michael Johnson, Rod Blagojevich, Sinbad and Curtis Stone. Blago's wife Patti was an NBC "I'm a Celebrity...get Me Out of Here" reality TV contestant last year. Last season's Celebrity Apprentice ended controversially as Joan Rivers and Annie Duke exchanged insults and publicly continued their feud after the show wrapped.

Former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich is trying his hand at a new job -- working for Donald Trump on "The Celebrity Apprentice."
NBC held a press conference last October where they announced the participants and has now given the go-ahead to reveal the cast, which includes Bret Michaels, Sharon Osbourne and Cyndi Lauper.
Blagojevich attempted to take part in last summer's "I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here," but when a judge barred him from traveling to Costa Rica for the show, his wife Patti went in his place.
Blagojevich is currently awaiting trial for charges of conspiring to auction off President Barack Obama's U.S. Senate seat and campaign fundraising abuses. He will be playing "Celebrity Apprentice" for the Children's Cancer Center charity.
Blago told the Associated Press, "The conventional thinking among a lot of traditional lawyers is that you simply don't do these things, you don't say anything,...

NBC has ordered eight episodes of "Losing It With Jillian," starring "Biggest Loser" trainer Jillian Michaels. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the series will feature Michaels traveling around the country showing overweight Americans that even without going on an NBC reality series, they can still lose weight and learn to live healthier lives. Unlike "Biggest Loser," every episode of "Losing It" will be self-contained, with Michaels doing a full exercise, nutrition and wellness diagnosis each week. Also participating in the series will be celebrity chef Curtis Stone, who will be providing cooking and nutrition tips. Michaels is expected...

Although he has shot his part on "The Celebrity Apprentice", former Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich may not make it to the show after all. On Monday, October 19, the day that the production was supposed to start, it is reported that federal prosecutors are trying to prevent him from being in the show in fear of a slip of tongue.
Blagojevich is in the middle of a federal corruption case for allegedly scheming to sell or trade President Barack Obama's former U.S. senate seat for campaign money. He has pleaded not guilty and trial is expected to be conducted in Chicago on June 3. Prosecutors are afraid that a TV role before the trial will taint the jury pool.
U.S. District Judge James Zagel who is taking charge of the trial is also leaning toward the banning. "It is possible that an indicted person may say something that creates problems later on,...

Danny told you last week that Rod Blagojevich might be in the cast of the new Celebrity Apprentice season. That's still up in the air because of his legal woes, but The NY Post does have the entire list of the new celebs even if NBC hasn't released it yet.
Sharon Osbourne Bret Michaels Cyndi Lauper Carol Leifer Bill Goldberg Daryl Strawberry Curtis Stone Summer Sanders Sinbad Holly Robinson Peete Maria Canellis
Leifer is a stand-up comic and a writer for Seinfeld. I was going to watch this just for her and then decided...no.

You asked, and I'll do my best to answer! I have read most, if not all, your comments about last week and what I gathered is a lot of talk about Jillian’s yelling at Shay and whether this sort of thing is abusive and involves too much foul language -- or if it is tough love, boot-camp style. In my experience, both, Jillian and Bob look at you for the person you are. They see the fat but don't pass any judgments. This immediately allows you to form a strong connection with them and when you are on that Ranch, Bob and Jillian are your Everything! Both trainers have an excellent read on people and they know how to pull things out -- even if you don’t want them to be pulled out! Trust me, there is a method to Jillian's madness. From the contestant’s point of view,...
