One day, after returning from work late in the evening, Hideo (Yo Oizumi) witnesses a traffic accident in which a car is crashed, killing the victim instantly. However, despite severe injuries including a broken neck, the victim's body stands up and walks away. Based on the popular recent manga of the same name and rated as arguably the ‘greatest zombie manga ever made‘. Let’s hope that the movie leaves up to the very high expectations.
From the trailer it does look like it could be something special indeed and with ‘Gantz’ director Shinsuke Sato at least we know its gonna look amazing!
The film originally premiered at the Sitges Film Festival in October 13, 2015 and will finally get its general release in April.
