Jason Segel and Paul Rudd are experts at the delicate art of setting up a punch line. And, as they make abundantly clear in the new film I Love You, Man, they're especially nimble at playing off each other, working in tandem to achieve maximum hilarity. "What's been great about working with a lot of the same people is we kind of finish each other's sentences," says Rudd. "So it's like, 'Oh, I can set this up so Jason's gonna hit the home run.' " Those "same people" would be the tight-knit gang of guys who make up the Judd Apatow fraternity -- the improv-happy actors, writers, and directors who often take part in films produced and/or directed by the comedy god.
