- Rory started acting at the University of California and had leads in several stage plays. He produced and directed several "shorts" now lost to mankind. Moving to Seattle after college, he had a very successful career as a commercial actor being featured in over a hundred television and radio commercials including his first union job dressed only in a fig leaf. After two decades in the real estate business he got back into entertainment in 1999 by writing and producing "Lovers Lane," a generally underrated horror film most often noted as the breakout vehicle for Anna Faris(Scary Movie 1-4, Just Friends, Brokeback Mt., House Bunny). Next came "Shredder" in 2001 (released in 2003 by MGM), a snow boarding horror flick that is becoming a "cult" favorite in ski areas.
