The name "Fifty Shades of Grey" explains a lot about the film's titular character, according to star Jamie Dornan.
In a recent chat with Interview, Dornan discussed the enigmatic man at the heart of the "Fifty Shades" series, and how he plans on bringing the S&M-loving British billionaire to life. For one, he plans on being as mysterious and understated as possible.
"I don't want to be showy. I'm not interested in seeing that, and I don't want to do it," Dornan said. "I've played a lot of broken people. Maybe the silences are about the different kinds of vulnerability in all of them."
As for that vulnerability, the actor told Interview that that was just one layer that Grey possessed.
"Even Christian has two sides. Come to think of it, he has 50," Dornan said, smirking at his unintentional play on words. "I guess I'm gonna be using that...

Before Jon Hamm was everyone's favorite sexy ad man, he was a struggling actor who was looking for love. Someone has unearthed a video of Jon's appearance on the forgotten '90s dating show The Big Date in 1996, where 25-year-old Jon attempted to convince one giddy woman to go on a date with him by promising "fabulous conversation" and a "fabulous foot massage." Spoiler alert: she doesn't pick Jon (we bet she's really regretting that choice now), and Jon went on to start dating his current partner, Jennifer Westfeldt. Watch a clip of Jon's appearance above, and prepare yourself for Jon's totally '90s haircut. Front Page Image Source: Getty / Tim Whitby...

This Friday sees the Us release of Paul, the latest comedy from Simon Pegg and Nick Frost.
The sci-fi adventure - directed by Superbad's Greg Mottola - hit UK screens on February 14.
The film sees Pegg and Frost reunite as two sci-fi geeks whose pilgrimage takes them to America's UFO heartland.
While there, they accidentally meet an alien called Paul (voiced by Seth Rogen), who brings them on an insane road trip that alters their universe forever.
But how did it all come about? Here the cast and crew explain how their little green man first came to life...
The notoriously rainy English climate has spoiled picnics, caused plenty of traffic jams on British roads and wreaked havoc on the schedule of more than one film production.
One of the unexpected benefits of the inclement weather, however, is that it indirectly gave rise to the comedy-adventure Paul.

Frontman Matthew Bellamy discusses tracks on the band's upcoming epic fifth album.

Muse's The Resistance doesn't hit stores until September 15 — one day earlier if you're in the U.K. — but on Wednesday (August 26), they gave fans a sneak peek of what they can expect to hear on the hotly anticipated sorta-space-rock-sci-fi epic (or whatever), posting 30-second snippets of each track on their official Web site.
It was a pretty generous move, but with an album of such scope — and songs of such magnitude — 30-seconds just aren't enough. Muse fans needed more. And we know, because we felt the same way.
Luckily MTV News recently ventured to the English countryside to chat with two-thirds of the band (frontman Matthew Bellamy and drummer Dominic Howard) about a couple of the songs on The Resistance, the epic, arching "United States Of Eurasia" and the first...

What's the difference between a girl-kissing pop sensation and an Australian luxury loungewear designer? Well, two letters: "i" and "e" — and apparently that's too close for comfort.
On Tuesday (June 16), an Australian newspaper reported that a local fashion designer, Katie Perry, had been served a cease-and-desist order from lawyers representing singer Katy Perry, aimed at stopping her from trademarking her birth name for a clothing label.
According to The Australian, Katie Perry started a "luxury loungewear" fashion line more than two years ago and had been selling her designs online and through local markets. Last week, she opened her first retail outlet in a suburb of Sydney and filed paperwork to trademark her name for both the store and her line.

Michael Jackson's moonwalk is arguably the most iconic dance move to ever hit a concert stage, but it looks like the King of Pop is hoping to one-up his signature slide — with the help of "High School Musical" director Kenny Ortega.
In preparation for his upcoming 50-show stint at London's O2 Arena, Jackson has been holed up at a warehouse near the Burbank, California, airport rehearsing with Ortega and a team of renowned choreographers, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The highly anticipated tour has been threatened by a massive lawsuit, but that hasn't stopped the pop star from planning an over-the-top, true-to-mj-form production.
"It's going to be the biggest, most technologically advanced arena show — and the most expensive — ever mounted," Randy Phillips,...
