"I'll see you on the Malibu Beach!!" Atlantic Records has unveiled a fun promo featurette with behind-the-scenes footage for the "I'm Just Ken" song to hype up the movie's music album. Greta Gerwig's colorful comedy smash hit Barbie is already a billion dollar success, blowing away box office records around the world with its "I'm Kenough" charm. This one song is now a global hit, too, and they want you to buy it. This song still reminds me of the "Peaches" song from the Super Mario Bros. movie and the "Edgar's Prayer" song from Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar. The "Just Ken" Barbie promo features the amazing Ryan Gosling as the Og Ken, along with a bunch of the other Kens in the movie, including: Simu Liu, Kingsley Ben-Adir, John Cena, Scott Evans, Ncuti Gatwa. It also has glimpses of Gerwig and choreographers Lisa Welham & Jennifer White...

“Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” Jennifer Shah and her legal woes are the talk of the town — even thousands of miles away in Thailand.
Filming on “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” started in mid-July 2022 — two days after Shah plead guilty in federal court to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud related to an alleged telemarketing scheme. It was a total change from the not-guilty plea she entered in court two months prior — and the innocence she professed throughout Season 3 of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.”
Shah wasn’t invited to Thailand (nor could she travel given her ongoing case), but her “Rhoslc” castmate and staunch supporter Heather Gay made the trip. And several housewives couldn’t wait to hear the latest from Gay, who was with Shah right until the moment she entered the courthouse.

Former Real Housewives of Dallas star Stephanie Hollman is weighing in on what Bravo pays its Housewives, this after Jen Shah‘s purported per-episode salary came to light.
In a TikTok video she posted on Thursday, Hollman offered some insight into how expensive things can get merely being part of the Bravo franchise and at what point one can expect to start making money. It’s fascinating insight, considering the subject of Housewives salaries is shrouded in mystery. Hollman also expressed some shock after learning Shah’s salary (more on that in a bit).
“I will say, season 1 for me, I felt like I was paying to be on the show,” she explained. “Like, I definitely spent more than I made. Season 5, I was making great money. Season 3 is when you kind of start making pretty good money, and that I think is why after season 3, you see a lot...

Jen Shah got a lot off her chest just hours before having to report to federal prison, granting an interview to a former convicted felon who now runs a service helping convicts prepare for life in and after prison.
In an interview with Justin Paperny, the co-founder of White Collar Service and author of Lessons From Prison and Ethics in Motion, the former “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star says she’s going into prison with only two things — her Quran and an 18-page release plan, which she said “has 11 different sections that is going to help me stay on track, hold me accountable, and it’s something that I’m going to build on while I’m in prison.”

Jen Shah is honouring her family amid her impending prison sentence. “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star, who is due to surrender herself to prison on Feb. 17, took to her Instagram Stories Wednesday to show off two tattoos she got in honour of her husband, Sharrieff, and their two sons, Sharrieff Jr. and Omar.
The first tattoo Shah shared appears on her forearm and features the word, “Keiki,” which means child in Hawaiian. A second photo shows the inside of her arm, which has her husband’s and sons’ names written out in cursive.
“Sharrieff, Omar, Sharrieff,” the tattoo reads.

A judge sentenced a member of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” to 6 1/2 years in prison on Friday for defrauding thousands of people nationwide in a telemarketing scam, many of them vulnerable or older.
U.S. District Judge Sidney H. Stein announced the sentence for Jennifer Shah after she sobbed while apologizing for the fraud. Stein presided over her guilty plea in July to a conspiracy charge for participating in a massive fraud for nearly a decade.
At the start of Shah’s sentencing hearing, Stein cautioned a packed Manhattan courtroom that he was not sentencing the person people see on television. Stein said that person is “simply a character. It’s acting.”
He said the housewives program “involves role playing. … It’s a heavily scripted operation.”
When Shah, 49, had a chance to speak, she too said she is not the person she is on the show.

Jen Shah — a star of Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” — has been sentenced to six years and six months in prison for her role in a years-long telemarketing scam. NBC News first reported the sentencing.
On July 11, Shah pleaded guilty to the fraud charges against her, and agreed to make restitution of more than 9 million to her victims. She also agreed to forfeit 6.5 million to the government. The federal court case against Shah has taken place in the Southern District of New York in front of Judge Sidney Stein since she was arrested on March 30, 2021 — much of which was captured on camera during filming of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.”
In a Dec. 16 filing to the court from Shah’s attorneys on her behalf, she’d requested leniency. Her lawyers downplayed her role in the scam, and argued that because of Shah’s background...

“My intention is to impose a sentence of 78 months of incarceration and other conditions. Any formal objection to the procedure? Guideline range [from] 135 to 168 months. I sentence you to 78 months,” Judge Stein sentenced. (via Inner City Press)
Shah would also serve an additional 5 years of supervised release. She would have to surrender to prison on February 17, 2023. During the sentencing, Shah mentioned that her manager was there to which Judge Stein raised “concerned” adding, “If you intend to profit from this procedure. There should be no intention to profit from this crime. I assume the government will take steps to effectuate this. Assets in Kosovo or Cyprus?”
The judge said he was “a little concerned” Shah’s manager is in the courtroom.

Jen Shah is going to prison.
We've known that much about The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star since pleading guilty to one count of committing wire fraud earlier this year.
According to advisor guidelines, Shah faces 11 to 14 years in prison and has penned a letter asking a judge will give her a truncated, three-year sentence instead.
“The terrible business decisions I made and professional relationships I developed stemmed from some personal painful experiences that I was going through in my life,” Shah wrote in a four-page letter to the judge, according to CNN.
Shah's attorney said she never had direct contact with the victims. However, prosecutors accused Shah of coming up with leads who could be targeted.
“Jennifer Shah was a key participant in a nationwide scheme that targeted elderly, vulnerable victims,” U.S. Attorney Damian Williams said in a statement after the guilty plea.

Jen Shah may be headed to jail, but it doesn't look like she's disappearing from TV screens ... yet.
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star on Monday pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering.
Shah was arrested in March 2021, and the fallout of the arrest played out on the second season of the series.
On the show, Shah claimed she was innocent, but that all changed on Monday when she changed her plea.
The 48-year-old revealed to the judge that she lied to senior citizens by offering them business opportunities that would amount to little to no value to them.
“We used interstate telephones and emails. I knew many of the purchasers were over the age of 55,” Shah said.
“I am so sorry.”
“ knew it was wrong. Many people were harmed and I’m so sorry.”
The bombshell anouncement took many by surprise, especially because...

Previously on July 11, 2022: Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Jen Shah has reversed course, now pleading guilty to running a nationwide telemarketing fraud scheme.
In an agreement with federal prosecutors, Shah pleaded guilty Monday to a count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, according to the Department of Justice news release. She originally pleaded not guilty in April 2021 to charges of conspiracy to commit money laundering and wire fraud.
“Jennifer Shah was a key participant in a nationwide scheme that targeted elderly, vulnerable victims,” said Damian Williams, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York in a statement. “These victims were sold false promises of financial security but instead Shah and her co-conspirators defrauded them out of their savings and left them with nothing to show for it. This Office is committed to rooting out these schemes whatever form they take.”

Jen Shah, the controversial star of Bravo's The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, has changed her plea in a telemarketing scheme scandal.
The reality TV star appeared in a New York court on Monday and switched her original plea of not guilty to guilty of fraud and money laundering charges.
According to a Twitter thread from Inner City Press' Matthew Russell Lee, Shah told Judge Sidney H. Stein she had committed "Wire fraud, offering services with little to no value."
"We used interstate telephones and emails. I knew many of the purchasers were over the age of 55. I am so sorry," the 48-year-old reportedly said.
The judge is said to have questioned things being purchased. Shah allegedly explained that she had offered "misrepresentations, regarding the value of the product or service, of which it had little to none."
"Did you know it was wrong and illegal?" the judge responded.

Although it didn’t feel like it, Avengers: Infinity War had us sitting in the theatre longer than any other Marvel Cinematic Universe movie. With an enervating two and a half hour runtime, though, and countless people to recognize, it was damn near impossible to catch each and every credit as they ascended the screen. Thankfully, then, an eagle-eyed Redditor has a screen grab from the nineteenth McU instalment that just might tickle your funny bone.
Courtesy of Reddit user stater35, it’s been revealed that Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Hemsworth each had their own personal chef during the production of Avengers: Infinity War – Tamie Cook and Carolynn Ladd, respectively.
Granted, this won’t exactly be a revelation for those who’ve perused the film’s IMDb page, but it should earn a mirthful chuckle from the uninitiated nevertheless. However, if you’re indeed in the mood for another bizarre tidbit,...
