If the story of Freddie Mercury and Queen can lead to an Oscar (or four) for Bohemian Rhapsody, why wouldn't you make a film about Frankie Goes To Hollywood crafting iconic song 'Relax'? Per Deadline, Working Title is planning just that, with It's A Sin's Callum Scott Howells aboard to play frontman Holly Johnson in Relax.
Bernard Rose, who has a deep connection to the band and that song as he directed the 'Relax' music video, has adapted Johnson's memoir A Bone In My Flute and will make the film, which will chronicle the genesis and impact of the song. Alongside Howells, the producers will look to cast fellow Frankie members Paul Rutherford, Mark O'Toole, Brian Nash and Peter Gill.
The group, also well known for number one hits 'Two Tribes' and 'The Power Of Love' were among the biggest pop acts of the ’80s.

Frankie Goes to Hollywood’s original lineup of Holly Johnson, Paul Rutherford, Mark O’Toole, Brian Nash, and Peter Gill reunited for their first performance in 36 years on Sunday.
The group’s comeback came as part of the opening weekend festivities of this year’s Eurovision Song Contest. Appearing on stage in Liverpool, they performed “Welcome To The Pleasuredome.” Watch fan-captured footage below.
Ahead of the performance, Nash told the BBC that reuniting for a show in their hometown of Liverpool “felt like a good thing to do,” and said they were looking forward to feeling “a bit of Scouse love.” (“Scouse” is the informal term for a Liverpool accent.)
It’s unclear whether Frankie Goes to Hollywood has any reunion plans beyond Sunday’s Eurovision performance.

'That's what we're aiming for — as many celebrity cameos as possible,' Justin Theroux says.

Hollywood — Recently the Internet went crazy with news that the world's most beloved fashion models — we're speaking, of course, about Derek Zoolander and his pal Hansel — were in trouble. After a 10-year absence from the big screen, word had come down that "Zoolander 2" had run into some financial trouble and might not get made.
If that's the case, someone might want to tell Justin Theroux — the filmmaker is hard at work on the "Zoolander" sequel script, and when we caught up with him recently he told us that the project was really, really, ridiculously good-looking.
" 'Zoolander 2' is up next," Theroux told us at the "Iron Man 2" premiere. "That's what I'm teeing up.

With The Crazies (review here) remake bursting down our door, I thought it would be a good opportunity for Dread Central to look back at some of the most memorable virus/outbreak movies of the genre’s past. It’s a slippery slope when determining what constitutes a viral plague versus a standard zombie apocalypse, but I boiled my criteria down to one basic rule: The carnage must be driven by an infection, and re-animated corpses crawling out of the dirt need not apply.
Here goes nothing. And make sure to join me in the discussion below. Part of the reason I enjoy making these lists so much is to hear what other like-minded horror fans think. What did I miss? What shouldn’t have been included (I can hear some of those now)?

It’s hard to imagine a world where Body Double is a Ken Widerhorn (Return of the Living Dead part II) film. Originally, Brian De Palma had intended to write and produce, but opted to get behind the camera when another of his projects fell through.
And it’s a good thing, too, since making 'Hitchcockian' thrillers has always been the director’s strong point. Sisters, Obsession, Dressed to Kill and Blow Out are examples of De Palma’s ability to tap into the Hitchcock verve while carving his own niche of twisted sexuality and brutal murder. Dismissing De Palma as little more than a Hitchcock knockoff has always been an unfair dismissal in my eyes, as crafting genuine suspense isn’t a talent every director is capable of. Hell, Van Sant recreated Psycho shot-for-shot and failed more miserably than any other director ever has.
With De Palma, even when...
