Billy Bush and Kit Hoover will co-host a new entertainment news talk show, "Access Hollywood Live," to premiere Sept. 13.
"Access Hollywood Live" will focus on the latest celebrity dish, opinions, pop-culture and Hollywood happenings. The show, which will broadcast live in high-definition, will feature in-studio guests, a cast of regular contributors and female-friendly segments.
The slow rollout in syndication will begin on six NBC stations, six Fox stations and one indie in Cleveland. The plan is to eventually go national and pair the show with the flagship "Access Hollywood."
Executive producer Rob Silverstein and the "Access Hollywood" team will produce "Access Hollywood Live" from Los Angeles. Stephanie Medina (AMC's "Sunday Morning Shootout") will direct "Access Hollywood Live."
"Billy Bush and Kit Hoover make a terrific pair -- engaging, lively and knowledgeable. As the 'Access Hollywood Live' team, they will bring a fresh new approach to daytime," Silverstein said.
