Reneé Rapp and Coco Jones are not here for men who play with their feelings. On Tuesday, Rapp released the music video for her remix of Snow Angel‘s “Tummy Hurt” featuring the “hottest” R&b singer.
“@cocojones it’s like you were made to be on this track,” Rapp wrote on Friday. “Wowowowowow I’m emotional go take a shot for me love you guys.”
The Cole Santiago-directed video opens with a closeup of handsome men in tank tops and jeans and sees Rapp walking around them as they stand emotionless.

Towa Bird is just on the come-up — but she already has so much to celebrate. On Friday night, the Filipina-British singer premiered the video for “messy and fun” single “Drain Me,” which she’s performed on the road with Reneé Rapp.

Rapp explained that the incident occurred in early 2022, telling Shetty, “I had just gone through a breakup and it was really tough. It was the first time I had ever been really in love with someone and then experienced a breakup.”
Recalling the “freedom” of being 22 and single, the singer said, “I was living here in L.A. and I was hanging out in a new group of people and they were partiers,” adding that family and friends had warned her that she wasn’t spending time with a “good group.

The debut full-length from Mean Girls and Secret Life of College Girls star Reneé Rapp begins with a striking image: “Taste the blood in my mouth,” she coos at the start of its opening track “Talk Too Much,” an extreme close-up of a neurotic mind in what might be love. Spindly guitars and crisp percussion accompany Rapp’s worst-case-scenario obsessions before exploding on its sugar-bomb chorus, which encapsulates early-adulthood angst while paying homage to Seventies power pop with some well-placed “ooh-woo-ooh-woos”; its breakdown takes the concept literally by allowing Rapp...

On Wednesday, Rapp, 23, released a punchy new record “Talk Too Much”, the second single from her new project — out next month — in which she turns all the guilt—and pain—onto herself with the lyrics: “I’m here again, talking myself out of my own happiness.”
In addition to today’s release, the acclaimed singer-songwriter is featured on the cover of Apple Music’s New Music Daily Playlist.

Reneé Rapp becomes a master of self-sabotage on her latest single “Talk Too Much,” set to appear on her forthcoming debut album Snow Angel out Aug. 18. The record, produced with Alexander 23, finds the pop singer talking herself out of a good thing, over and over again, using extreme hypotheticals to mark the end of a relationship before she can ever get too comfortable.
“If a see a blue car today, we’ll probably have to breakup/So I close my eyes while I drive,” she sings. “And if it...

RENEÉ Rapp Hasn’T Been sleeping well. The past six months have been a bit of a sleep-deprived haze for the singer and actress, full of weird or straight-up horrific dreams. Most of the time, she’s being booed off a stage. Once, she dreamed about murdering a person she had just started dating. The night before we talk, she had one so bad she doesn’t want to repeat it. “It was a really not-great thing to dream about,” she says.

Before Tate McRae was trying to take the pop world by storm, she was a former finalist on So You Think You Can Dance? who had a vlog series where she flaunted her singer-songwriter skills. In 2019, one of the videos she recorded — a piano ballad called “One Day” — went viral on YouTube and landed her a contract with RCA. It wasn’t long until her 2020 lush dark-pop “You Broke Me First” also became a viral hit. Since then, McRae has found herself situated squarely in the “sad girl” lane, channeling...

In Olivia Rodrigo’s Disney Plus film “Driving Home 2 U,” the pop star takes a road trip from Salt Lake City, Utah to Malibu, Calif., stopping at old-timey diners, abandoned-looking gas stations and desert prairies along the way. At the premiere for the film on Thursday night in Westwood, Rodrigo’s star-studded friends, members of the press and fans got to mimic that journey.
While picking up tickets at will call, each guest was handed a “Drivers License” of their own in the spirit of Rodrigo’s hit song, and directed toward the Regency Village Theater by enthusiastic event employees dressed in pastel jumpsuits adorned with “Sour” patches. The celeb sightings began just outside of the theater, where Busy Philipps and her child Birdie mingled with “Glee’s” Kevin McHale. Once inside, the Kid Laroi and girlfriend Katarina Deme lounged in the lobby while guests grabbed complimentary popcorn and sodas.
