Stephen E. Vanyo, Esq. graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia, and is licensed to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.
Stephen's work includes intellectual property protection and registration, intellectual property licensing, and drafting/negotiation of contracts in music, film, literature, social media, and sports. Prior to attending law school, Stephen attended Loyola University Maryland, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was the Local Music Director for WLOY Loyola Radio.
Recently, Stephen successfully drafted and negotiated a materials release to be used in a Netflix documentary series, drafted "beat leases" and advised on acquisition of instrumentals and beats for a hip-hop album, and advised a rock n' roll band on the availability of trademarking it's name, and secured that trademark registration.
In his spare time, Stephen enjoys playing the drum set in his "law school pick up band" called the Mailbox Rule. Stephen in his musical career has opened for a wide variety of musicians such as Blue Lou Marini who is the saxophonist for the Blues Brothers, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, and T-Pain. While in his band Skinny Dip (Endless Bummer Records) he acted as the band's booking agent and manager booking several tours in the Northeast.
