On Thursday, Tennessee Governor Bill Lee signed the United States’ very first AI music law: the Elvis Act, which amends pre-existing legislation to protect the voices of artists as property rights.
Signed at a ceremony hosted at a honky tonk in Nashville’s famous Broadway district, the Elvis Act was supported by the initiative, The Human Artistry Campaign, and has a number of prominent supporters, including country stars Luke Bryan and Chris Janson (who were both at the signing), Recording Academy CEO Harvey Mason Jr., a bipartisan coalition of Tennessee lawmakers, and more.
Amending the state’s pre-existing Personal Rights Protection Act of 1984, the law — formally titled the Ensuring Likeness, Voice, and Image Security Act of 2024 — basically upgrades an individual’s voice to a property right, like their name, photograph, and likeness. Those who knowingly use an individual’s voice “for purposes of advertising products, merchandise, goods, or services, or for purposes of fundraising,...

Days of our Lives stars are setting out to try their hand at another very popular genre: game shows.
The Weakest Link returns in April for Season 4, and several fan favorites from Days will be on hand to kick off in style.
Martha Madison (ex-Belle), Lindsay Arnold (ex-Allie), Galen Gering (Rafe), Tina Huang (Trask), Bryan Dattilo (Lucas), Victoria Konefal (ex-Ciara), Eric Martsolf (Brady) and Zach Tinker (ex-Sonny) are all competing for the grand prize.
For those unaware, Weakest Link forces contestants to answer questions to add money to the pot, but a wrong answer has serious ramifications.
Not only does a wrong answer drain the pot, but it also can lead to a contestant being eliminated, which happens at the end of each round.
Jane Lynch hosts Weakest Link, putting her signature wit, humor, and sass to good use.
When will Days of our Lives stars appear on Weakest Link?...

Monday kicked off Season 25’s Battles on The Voice, and they did not disappoint. On one hand, we got a few genuinely awesome performances. On the other, we got what might qualify as the first big shocks of the season via the eliminations of one contestant who could easily go by the stage name Mr. Personality and another who — and yes, I’m ready for the hate mail — is a more electrifying rock vocalist than early frontrunner Bryan Olesen. Read on, and we’ll discuss which singers advanced to the Knockouts and whether they really should have.

Steven Yeun has scored a lot of commendation-worthy roles, but none comes close to his exceptional voiceover of Mark Grayson in the animated Invincible web series. For one that serves the story of a normal teenager whose father is Omni-Man and who struggles with his father’s legacy as he develops powers of his own to save the world, this series has earned massive critical acclaim.
Invincible series
However, even through such tremendous reception, the adult animated series still had one thing that earned a lot of criticism, especially for the currently ongoing second season: The unbearably long break in between. But Yeun has once again stepped up to seemingly assure fans that this criticism won’t be repeated in the third season of the series.

Zach Bryan kicked off “The Quittin Time Tour” at United Center in Chicago on Tuesday (March 5th), delivering a 25-song set that spanned across his growing discography and also featured a surprise appearance from Kacey Musgraves.
To begin the show, Bryan played “Overtime” from his most recent studio album, Zach Bryan, and “Open the Gate” off of his 2022 breakout effort, American Heartbreak. Bryan then dipped back to his 2019 debut, DeAnn, to perform “God Speed” before going into his unreleased song “The Great American Bar Scene.”

The country star continued zig-zagging through his catalog, performing some of his biggest songs alongside other favorites like “Nine Ball” and “Oklahoma Smokeshow” and older cuts like “Condemned” and “Heading South.”
Undoubtedly the biggest moment of the evening was when Bryan brought out Musgraves to duet their No. 1 hit (and Consequence Song of the Week), “I Remember Everything,” for the first time ever.

Zach Bryan opened his Quittin Time Tour Tuesday night in Chicago, where surprise guest Kacey Musgraves joined him onstage for their debut live performance of their duet “I Remember Everything.”
While Bryan had performed “I Remember Everything” a couple of times live in 2023, those were all solo, Kacey-less renditions. Tuesday’s concert at the United Center marked the first time the duo sang the single together onstage.

[Warning: The following contains Major spoilers for the June 29, 2023, episode of Jeopardy!] Watching Jeopardy!, you think you know how you’d play if you ever made it onto the famous stage. But in reality, the game show is trickier to get the hang of than one might expect. Jeopardy! contestant Alicia Korenman, who played in the Thursday, June 29, game, took to Reddit to explain her struggles during the game, sharing some behind-the-scenes filming details in the process. Alicia was playing against Tenysa Santiago and returning champion Bryan White, who scored a runaway game in his first appearance in the series on June 28. Unlike his first show, Bryan didn’t dominate with a large lead for the majority of the game. Alicia and Tenysa held their own in the first round, which ended with Bryan at $4,600, Alicia at $3,000, and Tenysa at $4,000. But Bryan did pull ahead in round two, ending up with a big lead at the start of Final Jeopardy. ...

[Warning: The following contains Major spoilers for the June 28, 2023 episode of Jeopardy!] This season of Jeopardy! has produced some mixed reactions from fans, namely about the structure of clues and low winning scores. They’ve wanted to see a little more challenge and thrill, but they got an entertaining show in the Wednesday, June 28 episode thanks to one player’s runaway game. Competing in the episode were returning champ Chris Ban, Vic Goel, and Bryan White. And while there were some supposedly easy clues they couldn’t answer in the episode, it was still a night of strong playing that fans were happy to see. Chris won fans over in the June 28 game after dedicating his win to his late brother. Sadly, he didn’t become a two-day champ in this episode. By the time of the first break, he was in third place with $0. Vic was in second at $400, and Bryan was in the lead with ...

Zach Bryan is quickly becoming one of the biggest names in country, and now he’s back with new music. On Sunday night, he shared audio clips to Instagram previewing 10 songs, presumably from his forthcoming untitled studio album. Listen to the clips below.
“Album soon,” Bryan wrote as the caption for the post sharing the clips, before reminding fans of his personal passion for his music. “This one was for me, I do not care if you like it. I love you guys and thank you so much for getting us this far”
None of the 10 clips feature visuals beyond a graphic of a sound wave, but they all present Bryan’s inventive country sound loud and clear. Tying together classic country sonics — like fiddles, acoustics, and slide guitars — with pianos, ethereal harmonic pads, and Bryan’s soulful croon, a unique combination forms, blending the old soul of Americana with...
