[[tmz:video id="0_3sf7r695"]] There's USC bias ... and then there's keeping it real. Ex-Trojans Wr Steve Smith went with the latter when we asked about Sam Darnold's Heisman chances. Smith was a Beast at Sc back in the day -- he famously caught 3 TDs from Matt Leinart in the 2005 Bcs National Championship game (a victory that was later vacated). So, we had to ask about the current State of Troy ... and even though he ruled out a Heisman for Sam Darnold,...

Wonder Woman is the first female-driven superhero movie to hit multiplexes since 2004's disastrous Catwoman – and in between these two comic-book–cinema poles, there's been a glut of films with masked and/or caped dudes fighting injustice and taking on imposing foes. But what's remarkable about this blockbuster (opening-weekend box office haul: $100.5 million domestic, $223 million globally) is that it may be the first comic-book film in which the obstacles aren't solely demigods, diabolical villains or a dark, tragic backstory but, rather, a society predisposed to hold back women. And while the new movie,...

Eddie Lane (Aaron Paul)
Where We Left Off: Eddie left the church after a series of disconcerting events — including visions of a giant snake — that forced him to question his faith. He separated from his wife, Sarah, because of his crisis of faith, as she could not remain married to a “denier” (someone who was part of the movement and left) under the rules of Meyerism. On advice from Richard (Clark Middleton), Eddie returned to Peru in search of explanations for his wild visions. There, he found the hospital where Meyerist founder Steven Meyer was incapacitated…but now he’s awake!
Prediction No. 1: Steve won’t give Eddie the answers he wants. Eddie arrived in Peru looking for proof that Meyerism was nothing but an ever-expanding lie, and finding Steve — awake, nonetheless — could provide him that very opportunity. But, even without meeting Steve, it seems unlikely he would turn into a denier himself.

Alright,so according to Big Brother Network, the first 2 rounds of the final 3 part Hoh, are in the bag, and Vanessa won round 1. Then Steve won round 2, so that means Steve and Vanessa will go head to head in the 3rd and deciding round to win the final Hoh! Also, they reported that Vanessa and Steve apparently have a deal to take each other to the final 2 over Liz. However, these deals could go south for both of them if they decide to change their minds. Vanessa was a reportedly unhappy that Steve won as she wanted to Liz to advance and then they would take each other to the final 2. It's also been reported that Steve was talking to himself about possibly trying to evict Vanessa if he won that final round for Hoh. I'm thinking Steve would definitely evict Vanessa, especially after he cried a storm when Vanessa won Pov the last time.

Tonight's live eviction show, kicked off with footage of what went down after Steve won Hoh last night. Vanessa cried up another storm in an effort to convince Liz of how sorry she was that she had to evict her boyfriend, Austin, from the house. Then they showed the nomination ceremony where Steve nominated Vanessa and Johnny Mac for eviction. Next, they showed jury house footage, featuring Julia and Austin showing up to complain about how they got ousted, and to watch the clip of it. Austin was still really bitter at Vanessa for evicting him and vowed to make her pay for it. Next, they showed the Pov comp and Vanessa pulled off another big win to claim the Pov and solidify her final 3 spot. She also made herself the one and only deciding vote for who will join her and Steve in the final 3. After a break, they...

The Big Brother 17 finale is one week away. Following the amazing blindside of Austin, Steve won the Final 4 HoH and secured himself a spot in the finale. But which two HGs will join him? In this episode we'll see the final Power of Veto competition and the last eviction before finale night. With Vanessa, Liz and Johnny Mac, it really is a wide-open field and I can still envision any one of the four winning the game.

Tonight's live double eviction show, kicked off with more footage from what went down after Becky threw Vanessa on the chopping block. Vanessa and Becky had a small confrontation when Vanessa asked her why she decided to put her up. From there, Vanessa eventually put in work to convince James, Jackie and Meg that Becky has been shady in the previous weeks by ratting out their plans to Clay and Shelli last week, causing James to 2nd guess how loyal Becky is to them. Ultimately, they started to think that Shelli could be more dangerous for them if they keep her around, so the plan started to shift to keeping Vanessa around. After all that, they quickly got to the first eviction of the night. The noms, Vanessa and Shelli, gave their plea speeches before the rest of the houseguests casts their votes to evict. Austin, Steve, James, Meg, Jackie,...

“I don’t think we need any introductions,” said Los Angeles County Museum of Art director Michael Govan. “Since Kanye has sold about 32 million albums, and Steve won the Academy Award recently.” He was, of course, referring to Kanye West and Steve McQueen, who were at Lacma on Friday night to preview “All Day / I Feel Like That,” a nine-minute video that will be on view at the museum for just four days (July 25 – 28). After a screening of the video, Govan led an uninhibited discussion between West and McQueen that sometimes descended

Ok, so a lot went down since the Live eviction show this past Thursday night. The two HOHs ,Becky and Shelli, served up their nominations for eviction. Becky nominated Steve and Jason. Shelli nominated John and Da'Vonne. Later on, the crazy "Battle Of The Block" comp went down and Jason and Steve won it to pull themselves off the block and dethrone Becky's Hoh reign, leaving Shelli as the main Hoh with her nominations ,Da'Vonne and John, still intact. Next, the Pov competition went down, and John won it, so we're sure he'll be using it to take himself off the block. Now, talk around the house is that Liz will replace John on the chopping block to sit next to Da'Vonne! So that should make for some very interesting campaigning this week.

Warning: Spoilers ahead from the "Big Brother" live feeds.
Update 1: Jace was indeed sent home on Thursday, July 2 in the first eviction of BB17. He got 12 of the available 13 votes. Audrey voted for Jackie. (Jackie, Jace and James had no votes.) It was also revealed, to TV viewers, that Liz has an identical twin and she and her sister Julia cast their vote together, then switched places live. Kathy Griffin announced the new twist: This coming week, she'd be calling into the house and whoever answers the seventh call gets the power to prevent three people from voting in the next eviction. That's huge. Shelli and Becky won the Week 2 Head of Household competition, so now we have to see 1) who they nominate, 2) who wins the Battle of the Block, 3) who wins Power of Veto, 4) who are the final nominees, 5) who is the Hoh/House target, and 6) who answers that seventh call.

"The Amazing Race" returned on Friday (April 3) night and while I didn't exactly forget that the Emmy-winning series was back, I realized almost immediately during the pre-credit recap that I barely remembered anything about where we'd left things several weeks back. Bergen & Kurt won the last Leg? How the heck did that happen? Was anybody especially good? Was anybody especially bad? I know CBS had to air the Ncaa Tournament, but "The Amazing Race" isn't a hit anymore and this season has been a wobbly, albeit sometimes amusing, experiment. And pulling a struggling show in a unsteady season is a pretty dismal way to maintain momentum. Fortunately, most of what I was and wasn't liking about the season came back pretty early in Friday's episode, which was funny and entertaining in moments, but also exposed the absolutely worst case scenario for this blind dating season. [Full recap after the break...] I suppose one might think...

It's been a long, strange trip for Steve Jinks. Murdered by Rusty Griswold, he was brought back to life by Claudia, only to have his new existence threatened at every turn by the artifact she used, Johann Maelzel's Metronome. If the inverted pendulum thingy on the metronome stops, so does Steve's heart (so it's probably a good thing that the pendulum is self-powered. I'd hate to have to frantically fumble around trying to find fresh double A batteries while Steve is gasping for air).
Not only that, but the downside of the artifact is that Claudia can feel Steve's pain (and not in a Counselor Troi way), so they're both in constant extreme danger, which really isn't conducive to being a Warehouse Agent.
Happily, that arc comes to an end with this episode, which also sees Artie triple-teamed by Helena, Mrs. Fredric and Leena. Pray for him.

Last night Neil Patrick Harris hosted The Tony Awards for the third time, and does what he does best ...effortlessly charm an audience, and made a three-hour awards show into a fast-moving celebration of the best of Broadway.
The big winner was Once, which took home eight Tonys including Best Musical, with Clybourne Park nabbing Best Play.
You can see a complete list of this year's winners at the official Tony Awards site, but let's take a look at ten of the most memorable moments from last night's show.
The Opening
"Welcome everyone to the 66th Tony Awards! Or as we like to call it ... Fifty Shades of Gay."
With that inevitable line, Nph got down to business, after the show opened with a number from last year's winner The Book Of Mormon (Hmmm ... Neil dressed as a Mormon missionary. That's got to fulfill someone's fantasy.) He then launched into...

When we last saw Fiona Gallagher -- in the Season 1 finale of "Shameless" -- she had decided not to take off with her boyfriend, Steve, and instead continue to take care of her large family in Chicago.
Zap2it spoke with star Emmy Rossum ahead of the Season 2 premiere on Sunday, Jan. 8, and she filled us in on what her character's been up to all winter. The whole family's pretty busy during the summertime, which is when we catch up with the Gallaghers.
"I think [they] make a lot of money during the summer months," Rossum says. "Lip and Kev run the ice cream truck, which sells a lot more than ice cream. Fiona's gotten a job with Veronica at this cool nightclub where she makes a lot of money in tips as a waitress and there's bottle service and stuff like that. She works at night and sleeps during the day.

Andrew is up for the chop in 'Big Brother' this week after Steve won the 'Save and Replace' task. The geeky housemate will now join John James, Ben and David to face the public vote on Friday night's episode (30.07.10). Steve won the weekly 'Save and Replace' task - where nominated contestants compete against each other to swap their eviction spot with someone else - and chose to replace himself with Andrew. For today’s Save & Replace task, it’s Battle of the Brides as the 4 nominated Housemates all become brides. Each bride must choose a trusted companion from amongst their non-nominated fellow Housemates who will become catchers for the duration of the task. Each bride had to pick a different person as their trusted companion.
Dave picked Mario
John James picked Jj
Steve picked Corin
Ben picked Laura
Each bride throws a bouquet of flowers over their heads for their most trusted companion to catch. The brides get five attempts each, and the bride whose bouquet has been caught the most would win the task. In the event of a tie break it would be a case of sudden death bouquet catching.
Dave got 1 catch
Ben got 3 catches
John James and Steve both got 5 catches

Steve Brookstein has used his Facebook page to launch yet another attack on X Factor boss Simon Cowell today.
Steve won the first series of the show in 2004 and was later dropped by Simon Cowell’s record label. Unsurprisingly he is now backing the Rage Against The Machine campaign, to get ‘Killing In The Name’ to the Christmas number one spot.
He wrote: “Before X Factor gimps have a go, I will tell you this and I sware (sic) on my son’s life, I was not bothered that my single ‘Against All Odds’ went to number one and I wasn’t bothered that my album went to number one.
