We've found our new winner! America's Next Drag Superstar was crowned in a grand ceremony on RuPaul's Drag Race Season 14 Episode 16.
A fabulous night of Las Vegas shenanigans and showgirl looks closed the book on a roller-coaster season.
Did the finale end on a high note? Did the Final five come to slay? (I've got a wittle feeling that it didn't disappoint.)
Before we get into the lip-syncing, we need to chat about the finale looks. The queens go all out for "Grand Finale," so these ensembles end on a bang!
Alyssa Hunter, Kornbread, Kerri Colby, Angeria Paris VanMichaels, and Lady Camden had the Top 5 favorite looks of the night.
Alyssa and Angeria shined in their breathtaking opulent gowns. Alyssa always brought style to the runway, but her rich madam look and money fan redeemed any issues over her lip-sync mishap.
And Angeria's gigantic blue showgirl feathers stole the show.

As “RuPaul’s Drag Race” season 14 ends this Friday, the show will be filmed live from Las Vegas, home to the “RuPaul’s Drag Race Live” extravaganza. “Las Vegas is a city in drag. That’s why drag queens have been here before ‘Drag Race,’ they will be here after, and that’s why it was the perfect place,” say producer Tom Campbell.
The “Reunion” episode brought a Vegas level of grandeur as the season’s queens came out to reflect on their experience. The Drag Race Live stage at the Flamingo Hotel was transformed into the show’s werk room, as host RuPaul Charles was joined by Alyssa Hunter, Angeria Paris VanMicheals, Bosco, Daya Betty, Deja Skye, Deja Skye, Jorgeous, June Jambalaya, Kerri Colby, Kornbread “The Snack” Jeté, Lady Camden, Maddy Morphosis, Orion Story and Willow Pill. There has been a lot of discussion on the internet regarding last weeks episode of Ru Paul’s Drag Race for two main reasons. Firstly, people can’t seem to get over the fact that Keri Colbi decided to wear Jennifer Lopez’s actual Versace outfit on the runway (you know that green one that broke the internet!) for the Jlo inspired category. As Keri ended up the bottom two of the episode and then preceded to lip-sync in the flowy outfit which, If it was me, I would be so worried about ruining the genuine dress. The second reason everyone is still talking about last weeks episode is regarding the queen who battled against Keri in this lip-sync. After under-performing in the acting challenge Alyssa Hunter was placed in the bottom and eventually eliminated from the competition. I personally thought that Alyssa was going to go so much further...

In episode 4 of “RuPaul’s Drag Race” season 14, RuPaul Charles divided the queens into two groups to write and film superteaser spoofs in promotion of their own season. The comedy acting challenge was an opportunity to see the girls break out of their comfort zone and get a little bit “ugly,” but Kerri Colby kept to her own pretty ways and Alyssa Hunter played her character in one and only one note. In a decision the audience did not agree with, the judges sent Alyssa home, leaving only 12 queens to continue to compete for the crown.
This week, the remaining queens divide into groups yet again to create public service announcements aimed at protecting the careers of our dearly departed queens, gone too soon. Read below for our recap of episode 5 to see the return of Tempest DuJour, Jaymes Mansfield and Kahmora Hall in “Save a Queen.”

‘RuPaul’s Drag Race 14’ episode 5 sneak peek: Watch the queens stress over their performances so far
In this week’s sneak peak of “RuPaul’s Drag Race” season 14 episode 5, Kerri Colby returns from a successful lipsync where she saved herself from elimination, but she’s not happy with what she’s (failed to) achieve so far in the competition. While the other girls are complimentary of her performance against Alyssa Hunter, Kerry says she “wants to be a strong player.” Watch the full sneak peek preview video above via the official RuPaul’s Drag Race channel on YouTube.
The positive side about Kerri’s placement in the bottom is that now she knows what the judges want to see from her. She conveyed that if the judges want to see “scary Kerri” then that’s what she’ll give them. Kornbread “The Snack” Jeté was also unhappy with her bottom three placement, but determined to not let any of the other girls see her as weak she put...

On last Friday’s fourth episode of “RuPaul’s Drag Race 14,” Alyssa Hunter‘s heightened version of herself in the super teaser acting challenge struck the judges as too one note. The challenge asked the queens to let loose and show their vulnerability through a willingness to go all out. Alyssa did that, but not in as many ways as the judges wanted her to. We asked in a recent poll if Alyssa was the right choice to be eliminated, and an overwhelming 92% of viewers think someone else should have gone home instead. In episode 3 of “RuPaul’s Drag Race” season 14, RuPaul Charles switched things up by bringing Orion Story and Daya Betty back into the competition after they were eliminated in the two-part season premieres. As Ru explained, their re-entry into the game did not come with strings, but rather with chocolate. Each of the queens chose a chocolate bar to hold on to throughout the competition, only to be opened upon their elimination for one last chance to be saved by the drag gods. After 42 looks walked the runway in a “pair of balls,” June Jambalaya fell to the bottom, lost the lipsync to Maddy Morphosis and opened the first bar. “It’s chocolate,” she said, and was sent home.

We got the tease. Now it's time for the big show.
There's an art to making jaw-dropping and captivating season teasers. The queens learned this lesson firsthand by creating their own outlandish season teasers on RuPaul's Drag Race Season 14 Episode 4.
Acting challenges can be hit-or-miss, but the improv here hit it out of the park—a strong highlight for a not-so-serious challenge.
"She's a Super Tease" was a fun and hilarious round that made me laugh.
I want to watch whatever fake season came from those teasers. It's the type of brainless shenanigans that you can't help but stare at when it's on the screen.
Surprisingly, Drag Race hasn't done a challenge like this in the past. Sure, they've acted in lip-sync parodies of iconic Untucked moments, but this challenge was very referential of the franchise overall.
Based on how Drag Race can be, these fake seasons felt pretty real in many cases.

Once RuPaul Charles made the decision to bring back Orion Story and Daya Betty in this week’s third episode of “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” another queen’s fate was sealed as the new pork chop of the season. Each week on “The Pit Stop,” Monét X Change runs down the tricks and trades of the newest episode of “RuPaul’s Drag Race” with a guest host. Watch the full episode above via the official RuPaul’s Drag Race channel on YouTube.
In the episode, Violet takes the wheel as one of the show’s most notorious fashion queens. She takes a hard line on what should qualify as “bridal couture” and questions why any queen would come to the show without first learning how to sew. One of those non-sewing queens was stylist June Jambalaya, eliminated in large part for the poor construction and lack of confidence in her three looks. In part one and part two of the “RuPaul’s Drag Race” season 14 premiere, the new set of queens were split into two groups and two queens sashayed away early. After failing to stand out in their talent show performances and their chances to save themselves in lip syncs, Orion Story and Daya Betty became the pork chops of the season.
This week, RuPaul Charles brought all of the girls together for the first time, but kept them in their groups as they strutted the catwalk wearing three different looks two fashion balls. Read below for our recap of episode 3 to find out which queens come out on top this time and whose fashion falls flat in “A Pair of Balls.”
The 12 remaining queens are: Alyssa Hunter, Angeria Paris VanMicheals, Bosco, DeJa Skye, Jasmine Kennedie, Jorgeous, June Jambalaya, Kerri Colby, Kornbread “The Snack” Jeté, Lady Camden, Maddy Morphosis, and Willow Pill.

Get your sunglasses and fans ready: it's time for the Ball! Why are you surprised? They bring it to you every season.
For RuPaul's Drag Race Season 14 Episode 3, the Ball challenge came with a twist that doubled the fun and the fashion.
Some queens stole the show while others were out of style. Fashion is a cutthroat world; all is fair in love and designer.
Before we get to the Balls, "A Pair of Balls" dropped two huge twists that changed the name of the game.
Firstly, Orion Story and Daya Betty's return to the competition wasn't completely surprising. RuPaul's Drag Race hasn't eliminated a queen in the first round for several seasons now. The series wants to give the queens a chance to show their stuff and have the audience get to know them.
Plus, RuPaul's goodbye message to both queens somewhat teased that more was to come.

New year, new start, and a new season to find America's Next Drag Superstar. The only resolution is to slay our Fridays with drag excellence.
The first batch of seven queens entered the Werk Room on RuPaul's Drag Race Season 14 Episode 1 to make their grand entrance. In recent years, it's been a non-elimination round, but the premiere kept us on our toes.
Did RuPaul's Drag Race Season 14 erupt with a bang? Or, is the fire waiting with batch 2?
"Big Opening No. 1" was a cheeky and refreshing round that felt like classic Drag Race fun.
We were treated to everything good about a typical Drag Race episode with all the newness of a premiere. There were no filler scenes and no dragging out the game for weeks; the competition felt like it started.
Plus, the first batch of seven queens was hilarious!

Only nine months have passed since RuPaul’s Drag Race crowned Symone the winner of Season 13. But if you told us it was less than that, we’d believe you. Also if you said it was more. (The passage of time is no longer a concept we recognize.)
After all, Drag Race-adjacent content has been steadily flooding our streams since the Ebony Enchantress’ coronation back in April, from new seasons of various international editions to festive events like The Bitch Who Stole Christmas. And let’s not forget Queen of the Universe, which was also definitely a thing that happened.

Ever since the “RuPaul’s Drag Race” Season 14 cast was announced, one queen has risen to the top of Gold Derby’s predictions for who will win: Bosco. Fans thinks this 28-year-old Seattle, Washington resident has what it takes to go the distance and impress RuPaul Charles enough to be named the winner of the 2022 installment, which kicks off January 7, 2022 on VH1.

The first Washington queen to prevail was Jinkx Monsoon in Season 5, and now Bosco is hoping to bring the crown back home to the apple state.
