Megan Marie Hart is an American lirico-spinto soprano known for her portrayals of the title roles in Giuseppe Verdi's operas Aida and Luisa Miller and in Giacomo Puccini's operas Madama Butterfly and Tosca, as well as the leading female roles of Gilda in Verdi's Rigoletto, Mimì in Puccini's La bohème, Chrysothemis in Richard Strauss' Elektra, and Elsa in Richard Wagner's Lohengrin. Her repertoire includes Baroque roles such as George Frideric Handel's Alcina and Almirena in Rinaldo, leading roles in Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's operas such as the Contessa di Almaviva in Le nozze di Figaro, Donna Anna in Don Giovanni and Fiordiligi in Così fan tutte, as well as modern roles such as Lady Billows in Benjamin Britten's Albert Herring, the Woman in Francis Poulenc's La voix humaine and Blanche in Poulenc's Dialogues des Carmélites.
